Abstract

The purpose of research is to analyze the correlation between emotional intelligence and intellectual learning success. Correlational study was conducted on the students of Madrasah Aliyah Manahijussadat Cibadak, which consists of 37 people and hypothesis testing is done using correlation analysis. The results indicate that there is a positive relationship and intellectual level of emotional intelligence with learning success.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the learning community model in accounting learning so that it can improve the quality of learning in the classroom. In the learning community focus on learning that ensures that students learn, a culture of collaboration, and learning outcomes oriented. This study uses a descriptive method, using research literature, expert reviews and needs analysis to find out what is in the field. The initial data collection used is observation, documentation studies, condition interviews, and questionnaires. Based on the results of the study that student learning outcomes have increased from 66.11% to 84.38% with an average increase in learning outcomes of 18.27% so this shows that learning with the learning community model makes students active by holding their respective roles. Each to exchange knowledge through virtual discussions making it easier for students to understand material that has an impact on improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Internet-based social media has become a part of people's lives in this era. Many people use Facebook, Whatsapp, LinkedIn, Blog and other social media to interact with each other. With social media, people exchange information and share experiences in cyberspace. Moreover, nowadays social media has become part of the organizational culture in the workplace. This study aims to analyze: (1) the influence of social media culture on knowledge transfer; (2) the influence of social media culture on work performance; and (3) the effect of knowledge transfer on work performance. The research sample consisted of 300 employees. data collection using a questionnaire. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used partial least square. The results show that: (1) the influence of social media culture on knowledge transfer is positive and significant; (2) the influence of social media culture on work performance is positive and significant; and (3) the effect of knowledge transfer on work performance is also positive and significant.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze what factors affect the performance of accounting information systems at PT. Nusantara IV Plantation (PERSERO) Medan. The research used in this study is a quantitative approach using a purposive sampling approach, namely the sampling technique based on data sources with certain considerations totaling 30 employees. The data collection technique used in this study is a questionnaire (questionnaire), the analytical technique used in this study is quantitative data analysis techniques, namely using the calculation of numbers then draw conclusions from the test, with multiple linear regression, classical assumptions, partial test (t), simultaneous (F), coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the test results, there is an influence between personal technical skills, training and education on the performance of accounting information systems at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. Indicates that tcount is greater than ttable. From these results, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dengan menggunakan media KOMISI (Kotak Misteri Akuntansi) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa akuntansi pada pokok bahasan petty cash dikelas XI pada SMK YPIS Maju Binjai Tahun Pembelajaran 2016/2017. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI akuntansi SMK YPIS Maju Binjai yang berjumlah 25 orang siswa. Sedangkan yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah media KOMISI ( Kotak Misteri Akuntansi ) sebagai usaha dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa akuntansi pada pokok bahasan petty cash dikelas XI pada SMK YPIS Maju Binjai. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah tes dan lembar observasi.Adapun yang menjadi hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa pada tes siklus I diperoleh 6 dari 25 siswa (24%) yang mencapai ketuntasan sedangkan untuk hasil belajar pada siklus II diperoleh sebanyak 20 siswa (80%) yang mencapai ketuntasan .Hal ini menunjukkan peningkatan dari tes siklus I sampai  test siklus II sebesar 56%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui media KOMISI (Kotak Misteri Akuntansi) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa dengan penerapan strategi pembelajaran Giving Question and Getting Answer pada pokok bahasan Jurnal Umum dikelas X SMK Ar–Rahman Medan T.P 2016/2017. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan sampel berjumlah 38 orang siswa. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah tes dan observasi tehnik analisis data deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data bahwa hasil belajar pada siklus I diperoleh sebanyak 20 siswa (52,63%) yang mencapai KKM dan yang belum mencapai KKM 18 siswa (47,37%). Sedangkan untuk hasil belajar untuk siklus II diperoleh sebanyak 33 siswa (88,84% ) yang mencapai KKM dan yang belum mencapai KKM sebanyak 5 siswa (13,16% ). Berdasarkan hasil siklus II diketahui bahwa hasil belajar siswa telah meningkat sebesar 34,21% artinya bahwa penerapan strategi Giving Question and Getting Answer dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa akuntansi

Abstract

Objective of this study is to examine the role of universities in supply chain management (SCM) in Indonesia. Among the Indonesian universities, the supply chain education is included, however, academic scholars did not pay the intention to examine the effect on SCM. Therefore, this study considered to examine the relationship between higher education institutions and SCM. Various key university related factors were considered, namely; university education system, supply chain education at university level and the role of university management. Data were collected from university teachers in Indonesia. Four hundred (400) survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. Collected data were analysed through structural equation modeling (SEM) technique. In response to the objective of the study, it is revealed that universities have significant role in SCM. Supportive education system of universities shows positive effect in SCM with mediating role of supply chain education. Additionally, university management as moderating variable strengthen the relationship between supply chain education and SCM.

Abstract

On April 4, 2018 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through the Ministry of Industry & Trade launched the 'Making Indonesia 4.0' program as a road map towards industrial competitiveness and industrial transformation. In a step to implementing Making Indonesia 4.0, the Ministry of Industry & Trade of the Republic of Indonesia also launched the Indonesia Industry 4.0 Readiness Index (INDI 4.0). Namely the Index to measure the industry's readiness to transform and a reference to access the industry's readiness to transform itself. In Indonesia, the music industry has also developed towards 4.0, which is still intended for users of music products in Indonesia, namely Karaoke Companies. Namely a company in the tourism and entertainment industry that provides space services, musical instruments and catalogs of various songs. The problem is, the quantity of playback of each song A, B and or C still cannot be controlled properly by the Government, where and only hand over control to music publishers who have licenses and permits from the Government as an institution that controls the circulation of products and works of artists, as a result there is no clear transparency regarding reporting so that the control provided is not optimal. This results in an unequal distribution of profits, so that the profits obtained are still mostly owned by some collectors who are under the auspices of music publishers and often harm the creators of works, as well as musicians, so that they do not get the royalties or remuneration that they receive. and can also harm the Government, where the Government should derive income from taxes in the music industry. However, in reality the Government does not earn significant income from taxes in the music industry because the games from several music publishers tend to play a hidden role in generating profits in the music industry, so that the supporting infrastructure in the recording process and the process of monitoring the distribution and circulation of music products is still not yet available. exist, so that the necessary control is still weak, and provides opportunities for unequal distribution of results to creators, musicians and also the Government by Collectors due to the sale of all performance rights and mechanical rights through entertainment venues and channels.Digital Music Distribution (Music Aggregator) is not transparent and tends to harm the creators of works, musicians and also the Government regarding acceptance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the problems of online learning faced by students and lecturers in the learning process. The Covid-19 Pandemic period has had an impact on learning changes, which usually take place in person or face-to-face, now learning is done only from home through online learning. But on the other hand, the readiness of learning activities at home with online learning has problems from a technical and non-technical perspective. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of literature studies, documentation and questionnaires. learning process, students' difficulties in understanding the material being taught so that students are passive and cause the quality of each individual's task is not good and less than optimal.
