Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to define the location that meets the requirements of the nationaland regional support agropolitan, and make a plan for the development of agropolitan. Imogiriis a district that has potential in agriculture, animal husbandry, farming, forestry, and aquaculture. But the development of the present day have led to a gap between urban and rural areas and urban bias. This condition is indicated by the relatively high level of urbanization and the impact on the agricultural sector. Therefore we need an alternative strategy for rural development, one of which is through the development agropolitan. In the division of Strategic Development Kasawan Agropolitan (KSA) Imogiri sub divided into 4 KSA. KSA is a functionof institutional develop farmer businesses on/off farm an effective, efficient, and competitive. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan lokasi yang memenuhi persyaratan nasional dan regional yang mendukung agropolitan, dan membuat rencana untuk pengembangan agropolitan. Imogiri adalah kabupaten yang memiliki potensi di bidang pertanian, peternakan, pertanian, kehutanan, dan perikanan. Tetapi perkembangan hari ini telah menyebabkan kesenjangan antara daerah perkotaan dan pedesaan dan bias perkotaan. Kondisi ini ditunjukkan dengan tingkat urbanisasi yang relatif tinggi urbanisasi dan dampak pada sektor pertanian. Oleh karena itu diperlukan strategi alternatif untuk pembangunan pedesaan, salah satunya adalah melalui pengembangan agropolitan. KSA adalah fungsi dari kelembagaan yang mengembangkan usahatani on / off farm yang efektif, efisien, dan kompetitif.

Abstract

This research analyze about money demand and supply function in 2000.1 to 2004.4 by simultaneous equation approach. From the derivative of money demand equation, we can conclude that the money demand influenced by Gross Domestic Product (GDP) positively and by the exchange rate negatively. By derivating money supply equation, we can conclude that money demand influenced by GDP negatively and by Consumer Price Index positively

Abstract

This study aims to identify the dominant sector in Komering Ogan Ilir. By using the analytical approach of MRP, Shift Share, LQ, Overlay and Klassen typology can be concluded that the economic potential held Komering Ogan Ilir is the agricultural sector and the manufacturing industry which is the dominant sector growth. In addition, the sector also showed an increase of the structure of economic growth. It is given that most residents in thearea of OKI regency is still engaged in agriculture, so agriculture has an outstanding growth of other sectors. In addition, the manufacturing industry has also an outstanding growth among manufacturing Kemplang and Pempek industries that thriving in South Sumatra Province and District OKI.

Abstract

This study aimed to see whether the development plans of the Lion Super IndoSuper Market meet the economic feasibility. Investment plans of the establishment of the Super Indo Supermarket at Jalan Parangtritis is one of the business development program of PT Lion Super Indo through the opening of branch offices. Based on the results of feasibility studies, investment plans are feasible to implement, especially in terms of some aspects of the feasibility. Although it is economically feasible, but Lion Super Indo need to do a Corporate Social Responsibility which is expected to reduce the negative externalities.

Abstract

Sudah tiga tahun lebih, krisis ekonomi menimpa perekonomian Indonesia, tetapi hingga saat ini masih diwarnai nuansa ketidakpastian. Ketidakpastian ekonomi Indonesia semakin berlanjut, hal ini dikarenakan proses demokrasi yang sedang berjalan sedang menemui jalan buntu, yaitu berseterunya antara DPR dan Presiden. Jika hal ini berlanjut maka akan mengakibatkan meningkatnya “country risk” .Dengan berbagai permasalahan yang mendasar dan faktor ketidakpasrtian tersebut, proses pemulihan ekonorni tahun 2001 telah dibarengi dengan meningkatnya tekanan rerhadap mata uang nipiah dan laju inflasi Untuk itu agar ancaman proses pemulihan ekonomi tidak semakin memperbutuk situasi perekonomian nasional, maka perlu diperhatikan oleh pemerintah dalam mengambil berbagai macam kebijakan. Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to analyze the banking management rate (liquidity rate and credit distribution rate, asset quality rate, capital rate, and the operational efficiency rate) to the Return on Asset (ROA) of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR). The sample that is used in this research taken from BPRs which operate in Yogyakarta. The research uses the regression model of panel data with two-ways-fixed-effect. The result shows that liquidity rate and credit distribution rate (loan to deposit ratio) is not significant to ROA. Asset quality rate (Non-Performing Loan) and operational efficiency rate (BOPO) has significantly negative influence to ROA while capital rate (capital adequacy ratio) has positive and significant impact to ROA. Abstrak: Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh tingkat rasio kesehatan bank (tingkat likuiditas dan penyaluran kredit, tingkat kualitas aset, tingkat kecukupan modal dan tingkat efisiensi operasional) terhadap kinerja keuangan (Return On Asset) Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Konvensional di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta periode Juni 2009-April 2013. Sampel dalam studi ini adalah seluruh Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Konvensional yang beroperasi di kabupaten dan kota Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Studi ini menggunakan model regresi data panel dengan model two-ways fixed-effect (efek tetap dua arah). Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa tingkat likuiditas dan penyaluran kredit (Loan to Deposit Ratio) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, tingkat kualitas aset (Non Performing Loan) dan tingkat efisiensi operasional (BOPO) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan sementara tingkat kecukupan modal (Capital Adequacy Ratio) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to observe servicing government agencies in terms of this servicefrom Temanggung regency hospital to the patient. Service performance of governmentagencies measured using Public Satisfaction Index (IKM), based on the decision of the Ministerof State Apparatus, Number 25/Kep/m. Pan/2/2004, of the General guidelines in the preparation of community satisfaction index of the service unit of government agencies. Theresults of this research show that Public Satisfaction Index for the entire public service,installation emergency, inpatient and outpatient meets the criteria of 62,51 up to 81,25, so weconclude that public service in the Temanggung regency hospital is already good. Someimprovements to the service needed, is for the convenience of the services of the hospital (theinstallation of emergency room, polyclinics, outpatient and inpatient) is the lowest rank, followed by elements of the Justice and Accountability of officer. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengamati pelayanan instansi pemerintah dalam hal inipelayanan dari RSUD kabupaten Temanggung kepada pasien. Kinerja pelayanan instansipemerintah diukur dengan menggunakan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) berdasarkanKeputusan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Nomor Kep/25/M.Pan/2/ 2004 tentangPedoman Umum Penyusunan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat Unit Pelayanan InstansiPemerintah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat untukseluruh layanan Poliklinik, Instalasi Gawat Darurat, Rawat Inap dan Rawat Jalan memenuhikriteria antara 62,51–81,25, sehingga dapat kita simpulkan bahwa pelayanan publik di RSUDkabupaten Temanggung adalah sudah baik. Beberapa perbaikan pelayanan yang diperlukan,yaitu: untuk kenyamanan pelayanan produk RSUD (IGD, Rawat Jalan, Poliklinik dan RawatInap) ada di ranking terendah, disusul unsur Keadilan dan Akuntabilitas petugas.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of Return on Assets (ROA), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Operational Expense to Operational Income (BOPO), and inflation on Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) in both short and long term. The object of this research is Shari’ah Banks in Indonesia by gaining the data from January 2013 to June 2015 from information published by some institutions such as Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The data were analyzed by Error Correction Model (ECM) method. Based on the analysis, the result shows that ROA and Inflation have positive and significant influence toward CAR, FDR has positive and negative influence toward CAR, whereas BOPO has no influence toward CAR. Besides, there is a short term and long term relationship between ROA, FDR, and inflation toward CAR.
