Abstract

The research aims to create a model for the implementation of Rintisan Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional (RSBI) that is responsive to the constitutional right to education. This study uses empirical descriptive qualitative research approach. Surakarta school research location. The results showed that: the First, Discrimination to get a quality education. RSBI School Students who dominated a wealthy family. The majority of schools are not able to meet the obligations RSBI 20% quota of poor students as well as the provisions of Article 16 paragraph (2) Permendiknas Number 78 of 2009. Second, the idea of ​​organizing models that are responsive RSBI constitutional rights education by: (1) Remove RSBI labeling for labeling lead to discrimination and discrimination is a violation of human rights, (2) Design of free primary education primary education as the mandate of Article 31 paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution and Article 26 paragraph (1) UDHR, and (3) Improving the quality of education for all schools without exception in particular improving the competence of teachers and educational facilities.

Abstract

Implementation activities have been carried out by stages Sipengestu First, Waste Management Management Training with experts presenting organization. Second, training of Organic Waste Composting by presenting officials Ngudi Neat Governmental Group of Gergunung, North Klaten, Klaten ; Third, Waste Management Comparative Study on Self-Help Groups Neat community Ngudi Klaten in order to see first hand the waste management process integrated with the production process and potinisasi fertilizers that run for this , and the fourth , Facilitation Assistance in order training materials and knowledge that has been given can be applied to both . The results of the evaluation activities have been conducted through a questionnaire in training Sipengestu interesting data obtained as follows. First, calculate the percentage of the majority of participants expressed satisfaction tehadapa IBM program by 90 %, consisting of 66 % strongly agreed, while 24 % agree and 10 % disagree rest . Second , from the aspects of training management benefits that the management of garbage through the Sipengestu provide real benefits for the community Serengan by referring the results of the evaluation sheet by 66 % .

Abstract

Activity location " To Increase of Earnings of UMKM Silver Through Extension of Network Marketing and Development Desain" in Sub-Province Mount Kidul region , this matter pursuant to consideration that this region is including area hit by earthquake disaster on 27 May 2006. Congeniality of crafting of silver is crafting and made accessories with elementary materials of silver. UMKM face main problem, that is they only accept just making fare fee which its it him very determined by pemesan/ [both/ second] modal.Masalah owner that UMKM capital deficiency to produce [by] xself. While third problem, there is no UMKM owning trade merk / effort. So that [all] consumer more is recognizing [of] entrepreneur trade mark which in fact sell that UMKM product than recognizing UMKM which exactly its maker. Target of this activity that is improve earnings [of] UMKM [crafting/ diligence] [of] silver, passing extension [of] marketing network and product desain development. Result of this activity : UMKM more inovatif in yielding silver product , can make finance note and look for market alone without its irrespective [of] investor from Kotagede.

Abstract

Pembalikan beban pembuktian dalam tindak pidana korupsi sudah berlaku sejak tahun 1960, kemudian masuk dalam hukum positif pada tahun 1971, 1999 jo UU Nomor 20/2001. Sistem pembuktian terbalik, pada prinsipnya memudahkan negara untuk memudahkan negara untuk mengejar harta yang telah menjadi milik individu. Karena Negara lewat Jaksa penuntut tidak perlu membuktikan adanya harta yang terindikasi korupsi, namun terdakwa sendirilah yang emlakukan pembukitan. Namun pada Sistem pembuktian terbalik ini mengandung kelemahan karena tidak bisa dilaksanakan pada semua delik korupsi. Pembuktian terbalik hanya terjadi pada delik korupsi yang terbukti merugikan keuangan negara. Pada perkara Korupsi di Tipikor Semarang, perkara yang terbukti adalah Suap yang tidak merugikan keuangan Negara, pada akhirnya pembuktian terbalik tidak dilakukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dinamika perilaku konformitas masyarakat Baduy. Bagaimana bentuk-bentuk konformitasnya? Mengapa hal tersebut dianggap penting ditengah kondisi yang serba praktis sebagai ciri khas modernitas? Hasil penelitian ini mengemukakan bentuk-bentuk konformitas dalam masyarakat Baduy memiliki makna fungsional dan makna filosofis yang cukup dalam, baik dari bentuk perilaku, penampilan, maupun dalam bentuk pandangan. Masyarakat Baduy bahkan menganggap konformitas bukan suatu kekalahan individu oleh kelompok, melainkan ekspresi aktualisasi diri yang justru membuat individu menjadi lebih berharga karena telah berarti bagi banyak orang. Pada budaya Baduy, konformitas tidak hanya dipandang sebagai sesuatu yang baik, konformitas bahkan menjadi prasyarat keberhasilan fungsinya tatanan budaya, tatanan kelompok, dan hubungan interpersonal warga Baduy.

Abstract

Penerimaan karyawan baru atau rekrutmen adalah hal yang penting bagi perusahaan untuk memperoleh calon karyawan baru dalam menduduki suatu jabatan. Pada sebagian perusahaan, proses penerimaan karyawan baru masih belum dilakukan secara professional. Hal ini terjadi karena tidak ada metode standar yang sistematis untuk menilai kelayakan calon karyawan baru. penerimaan karyawan baru yang dibangun menggunakan metode Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (Fuzzy TOPSIS). Metode ini digunakan untuk menyeleksi penerimaan karyawan dengan tujuan melakukan perankingan dari semua alternatif. Implementasinya menggunakan excel dengan 17 alternatif yang akan dibandingkan berdasarkan kriteria dan subkriteria masing-masing. dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksud adalah yang berhak diterima sebagai karyawan baru berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem yang dibangun dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat proses penyeleksian penerimaan karyawan baru dan membantu pihak HRD dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan karyawan baru. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Topsis menunjukkan bahwa alternatif A16 memperoleh peringkat teratas dengan nilai 0.914

Abstract

This study aims is to determine the effect of leadership, communication and monitoring the performance of employees with discipline and motivation as an intervening variable At the Regional Development Planning Board Wonogiri. This study is a survey research. The data is primary data by sampling sample in this study was 40 employees. Sampling techniques in this study using census method used analytical tool Test Instrument Research, Testing linearity, path analysis and regression with t test, F test and R2 test. T test results showed that leadership has a significant effect on the discipline. Communications has not a significant effect on discipline. Supervision has a significant effect on discipline. Leadership has a significant effect on motivation. Communications has not a significant effect on motivation. Supervision has a significant effect on motivation. Leadership has a not a significant effect on performance. Communication has a significant effect on performance. Supervision has significant effect on performance. Employee’s discipline has not a significant effect on performance. Motivation has a significant effect on performance. The F test can be concluded simultaneously that leadership, communication, supervision, discipline and motivation have positive and significant impact on employee performance. Results The R2 total was 99.6%. This means that the employee's performance was explained by the leadership, communication, supervision, discipline and motivation of employees amounted to 99.6% and the remaining 0.4% described other variables outside the model. Leadership direct was a variable that was most effective for improving employee performance, because it has the greatest impact, positive and significant.Keywords: leadership, communication and monitoring, employee performance, discipline and motivation.
