Abstract

The problem of urban garbage has become a problem of the City Government. Based on the Periodic Report of 2014, the volume of garbage transported in Payakumbuh is 193-206 m3 per day or 5,750-5,833 m3 per month, and increased by 235-261 m3 per day or 6,210-6840 m3 per month in 2015. Payakumbuh Government issued Local Regulation Number 4 Year 2014 on garbage management, referring to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 18 of 2008. Regional Regulation contains about garbage management by using 3 R method (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). Implementation of 3 R method involving community participation as garbage producer. The purposeof this research was to analyze community behavior of garbage processing 3R in Payakumbuh. Quantitative method was used in this research, is descriptive analytics with cross sectional design. Results and discussion, univariate analysis known to the respondents who work as much as 54 (56.2%), high knowledge of respondents more 71 (73%), more positive respondents 52 (54.17%), respondents who do processing garbage 3R higher 52 (54,17%). The result of bivariate analysis is known that there is relationship of attitude (p = 0,028) to 3R garbage processing. There is no relationship of job status (p = 0,122), knowledge (p = 0,36) to 3R garbage treatment. The existence of attitude relation on 3R garbage processing. It is hoped empowerment program will be improved, so that the community will be participate on 3 R garbage processing. (Reduse, Reuse, Recycle). Masalah persampahan perkotaan sudah menjadi masalah Pemerintah Kota. Berdasarkan Laporan Periodik perbulan tahun 2014, volume sampah diangkut di Kota Payakumbuh sebesar 193-206 m3 perhari atau 5.750-5.833 m3 perbulan, dan meningkat sebesar 235-261 m3 perhari atau 6.210-6840 m3 perbulan pada tahun 2015. Pemerintah Payakumbuh menerbitkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 4 Tahun 2014 tentang  pengelolaan sampah, mengacu  pada Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia nomor 18 Tahun 2008. Peraturan Daerah berisi tentang  pengelolaan sampah  masyarakat dengan menggunakan  metode 3 R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). Penerapan metode 3 R yang melibatkan peran serta masyarakat sebagai produsen sampah. Tujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku pengolahan sampah 3R Masyarakat di Kota Payakumbuh.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Hasil dan pembahasan, analisis univariat diketahui responden yang bekerja sebanyak 54  (56,2 %), tingkat pengetahuan responden yang tinggi lebih banyak 71 (73%), sikap responden yang positif lebih banyak 52 (54,17%), responden yang melakukan pengolahan sampah 3R lebih  tinggi 52 (54,17%). Hasil analisis bivariat diketahui ada hubungan sikap (p=0,028) terhadap pegolahan sampah 3R. Tidak ada hubungan status pekerjaan (p=0,122), pengetahuan (p=0,36) terhadap pengolahan sampah 3R.  Adanya hubungan sikap terhadap pengolahan sampah 3R.Diharapkan program pemberdayaan lebih ditingkatkan, agar  terbina kelompok masyarakat dalam melakukan pengolahan sampah 3 R.(Reduse, Reuse, Recycle).

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the management of organic waste in canduang lasi market.Background: Market problems garbage a matter authentic to followed up. Waste disposala market is cleaned to waters are behind market. Menwhile, the water used for the needs ofvernacular by the people residing around these waters. So that the water tained bygarbage and gives rise to surrounding air pollution settlement.Introduction: Traditional lasi market is located in east the capital of kabupaten agam ± 73km. the community canduang generally derive their main income farmers 75% of thepopulation. Land the farm plant vegetables and sugar case that require fertilizer in theagricultural sector. Market lasi many sell vegerables, so many the production and garbageorganic. Trash managed well, so that the community throw garbage into the waters behindmarket. The river or these waters flowing in the middle settlement.Methods: this study adopted qualitative approaches descriptive in nature, namely explainthe phenomena in depth through data collection.Results and Discussion: The result of components input is system management the marketis not formed in the marketlasi, so that funds, human resources and infrastructure no filled.System management process of waste in the trash using the sacks pouch collection,transportation, processing not done by the merchants and the community around lasimarket. And final discharge garbage done captivity in waters back market.Conclusion: System patients outside the organization as well as the work program of atthe port authority had been formed to be carried out efficiently, only market many humanbeings and lasi who as not yet been, so the program of doing the government bidding itwill not stand garbage management and those bylaws organic lasi market.Keywords: Organic garbage, compost, traditional markets

Abstract

The puskesmas lasi having 3 the nagari usually have around , namely the nagarilasi , bukik batabuah , and canduang the koto .The number of or dug wells who 2754 wellnear the village of with the total number of of jorong a the name that was most often areJorong Bingkudu.Any water content or dug wells nagari bingkudu the majority ofcontaining iron ( fe ) as much as 54 % .The nature of all that fe higher than thestandardization of quality standards of the water may cause some serious problems todaythe environment and health.The nature of all that fe or dug wells the community inKenagarian lasi as much as 2,05 mg / l in the year 2014 , the nature of all that fe 2,09 mg /l years 2015, and the nature of all that fe 2,89 mg / l years 2016.This study aims to toinvestigate the extent to a combination of a sieve sand slow with the media sand of thezeolite, charcoal hand across his, sand and gravel.In a reduction of the nature of all thatsubstance as iron ( fe ) water from the wells dug out of the people by keeping the use of asieve sand slow in the work area of the PuskesmasLasi Kabupaten Agam years2017.Where is this report is written with two types of the test and been approved treatmentpt pgn promised to supply a sieve 1 with medium sand of the zeolite 10 police post cmgrand cinema, charcoal hand across his 10 police post cm grand cinema, sand 3 cm keikil2 cm and sifting the 2 with medium sand of the zeolite 40 police post cm grand cinema,charcoal hand across his 15 police post cm grand cinema, sand 4 police post cm grandcinema, gravel 3 police post cm grand cinema.Based on the research be made known bethat the level of substance as iron ( fe ) in water or dug wells is 3,72 mg / l, after filteringthese chareges in the future 1 rata-rata 0.7512 mg /l , and after sifting 2 is 0.4450 mg / l.With pvalue 0,007.There are differences between the research rata-rata filtered by sifting firts.Thismeans that the combination is more effective than filtering filtering two with combinationsof filtering media sand of the zeolite 40 cm, charcoal hand across 15 cm, sand 4 cm, gravel3 cm .Keywords: Slow sand filter, zeolite sand, shell charcoal, sand, Gravel,iron content (fe)
