Abstract

The development of the transportation service industry currently plays an important and rapidly growing role in the distribution (transport or delivery) of goods and services distributed to consumers in a country. Transportation services provided by the company have advantages offered to consumers. Marketing strategy becomes an important thing that must be done by the company to realize the maximum level of customer satisfaction but also to keep consumers from moving to other transportation service companies. PT Cakra Transport Utama is one of the tourism transportation services in the Bali area, in cooperation with one of Bali's many star hotels, many tourists from outside the region and tourists from abroad who come to spend time with family in Bali. This study aims to analyze the effects of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on customer satisfaction. This study took sample of guest who use transportation services at Cakra Transport Utama, the number of samples used in this research is as many as 100 respondents. The result of analysis shows that physical evidence variable (X1) has regression coefficient 0,271 (positive sign) to consumer satisfaction (Y) and tcount 3,430 with significance level 0,001, reliability (X2) has regression coefficient 0,197 (positive sign) to satisfaction consumer (Y) and tcount of 2,318 with significance level 0,023, responsiveness (X3) has regression coefficient equal to 0,201 (marked positive) to consumer satisfaction (Y) and tcount 2,688 with significance level 0,008, assurance (X4) has coefficient regression of 0.316 (positive mark) on customer satisfaction (Y) and tcount of 3,959 with significance level 0,000, concern (X5) has a regression coefficient of 0.165 (positive mark) on consumer satisfaction (Y) and tcount of 2,095 with significance level 0.039. Adjusted R square value is 0.517. This means that 51.7% of consumer satisfaction (Y) can be explained by physical evidence variables (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and concern (X5).

Abstract

IKIP PGRI Adalah salah satu Perguruan Tinggi yang ada di Bali, yang merupakan Lembaga Pencetak Tenaga Kependidikan ( LPTK ), yang lebih berorientasi pada visi dan misi yang telah diembannya, demi lulusan yang siap kerja, professional dan dapat bersaing dipasar global . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kepuasan dan Kinerja Karyawan IKIP PGRI Bali. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian administrasi IKIP PGRI Bali adalah tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan metode sensus , jumlahnya sebanyak 55 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisoner. Model analisis menggunakan program SmartPLS ( Partial Least Square ). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, kepuasan dan kinerja , demikian pula kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, sedangkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan tetapi tidak serta merta terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

The increasingly fierce business competition makes the company always improve the synergies that exist within the company, namely the use of appropriate marketing strategies in accordance with the development of products and services produced by the company. Marketing programs can be designed using several programs simultaneously, including promotions, sales, personal selling, as well as company product development with the hope that the products and services produced by the company meet consumer needs and desires that can be increased to consumer value. This study was conducted to determine the effect of marketing strategy on consumer value mediated by product innovation (empirical study on rang-rang fabric craftsmen in the village of Pejukutan, sub-district of Nusa Penida). The method used by the sample in this study is non-probability sampling, with a sample size of 96. The data analysis technique used is the t-test with the Moderated Regression Analysis interaction test. This test has met the requirements of the instrument test, classical assumption test and the appropriate model test. Based on the test results, it is known that marketing strategy has a significant effect on consumer value with a regression coefficient of 0.840 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and a marketing strategy moderated by product innovation has a significant effect on consumer value with a regression coefficient value of -0.017 and a significance of 0.007 <0.05 Therefore, product innovation variable is able to moderate the influence of marketing strategy on consumer value

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of relationship marketing on the loyalty of members of the Coblong Pamor Savings and Loans Cooperative. Testing the research hypothesis using the SPSS method with a sample of 70 people who live in Denpasar. Determination of the sample using probability sampling method with the technique of proportionate stratified random sampling, where this technique is used if the population has members or elements that are not homogeneous and proportionally stratified, with the criteria of respondents who have made transactions during the last 3 years. The findings in this study indicate that member trust, member communication and member commitment have a positive and significant effect on member loyalty partially or simultaneously. This research has the implication that it is important for management to improve relational relationships through trust, communication and commitment so that members become loyal to the Coblong Pamor Cooperative.

Abstract

This study investigation on how the organization of the modern retail business and traditional market revitalization. It was conducted in Denpasar. A type of data collected in this research in qualitative data supported by quantitative data as complement to its support. Qualitative data was obtained from a variety of information, from the respondents and from observation activities being conducted. While the quantitative data was in the form of statistical records found at the research site. Respondents in this study were the modern retail business and small traders in traditional market. This research emphasized on two types of data collection techniques, namely (1) participation observation and (2) In-depth interviews. The data in the present study were analyzed descriptively, qualitatively and interpretatively. The head to head competition, as a consequence of the fast growth of modern market, badly affected the existence of the traditional market. The existence of the modrn market among the traditional market caused the traders and their omzet to decrease.

Abstract

The shift in the implementation of learning activities in the world of education is felt today. When the Covid-19 pandemic emerged in early 2020, the implementation of direct learning activities was carried out online to anticipate the spread of this corona virus. The blended learning model is a learning model that combines face-to-face teaching methods with teaching methods using computer aids both offline and online to form an integrated learning approach. The research method used in this research is qualitative analysis. Qualitative research method is data that is described in detail in descriptive form which includes all data that does not use numbers (numbers), so that this qualitative data is in the form of words or sentences delivered orally or in writing regarding all patterns of human behavior that can be observed directly. Based on the results of interviews with the five informants above, they stated that the implementation of the blended learning model in the business feasibility study course at PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia University was good. The suggestions that researchers can give are that students at PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia University should be able to learn more about digital learning media used by higher education institutions in the teaching and learning process so that good two-way communication can be established from the application of the material provided.

Abstract

Kehadiran Covid-19 membawa tantangan global untuk menciptakan tatanan atau pemulihan sosial baru. Lembaga keuangan seperti bank, koperasi dan LPD yang ada di pulau Bali juga merasakan dampak dari adanya virus Covid-19. Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Sedana Werdi merupakan salah satu koperasi simpan pinjam yang ada di Pulau Bali. Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Sedana Werdi  menerapkan beberapa kebijakan bagi anggotanya, salah satunya yaitu adanya denda bagi anggota yang tidak membayar pinjaman dan bunga tepat waktu. Pendekatan yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu deskripsi berdasarkan hasil dari observasi, wawancara dan validitas, yang bertumpu pada proses pengeluaran kebijakan keringanan denda ini khususnya pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Sedana Werdi Br. Dangin Tangluk Kesiman. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Triangulasi yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Triangulasi teknik dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Triangulasi sumber dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui sumber informasi yaitu melalui wawancara kepada kepala Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Sedana Werdi. Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Sedana Werdi hadir untuk memberikan solusi kepada anggotanya yang terkena dampak resesi. Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada kesehatan bisnis dan keuangan. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Sedana Werdi menawarkan kepada para anggotanya pembebasan dari kewajiban membayar denda yang telah dijatuhkan sebelumnya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir, motivasi karyawan, dan komitmen karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan di LPD Desa Sebatu, Tegallalang Tahun 2021-2022, dengan menggunakan metodelogi kuantitatif yang berbentuk asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan berjumlah 45 orang, menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 20. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang dibuktikan bahwa thitung 9,012 > ttabel yaitu 2,018 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar (0,000<0.05); (2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara Motivasi Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan terbukti dari hasil thitung 9,250 > ttabel yaitu 2,018 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar (0,000<0.05); (3) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara Komitmen Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan terbukti dari hasil thitung 8,683 > ttabel yaitu 2,018 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar (0,000<0.05); (4) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara Pengembangan Karir, Motivasi Karyawan dan Komitmen Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dilihat dari hasil uji F-hitung > F-tabel = 60,422 > 2.83 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar (0,000<0.05). Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukan besarnya Adjusted R Squere adalah 0,802 yang artinya sebesar 80,2% variasi Kinerja Karyawan dipengaruhi oleh Pengembangan karir, Motivasi Karyawan dan Komitmen karyawan sedangkan sisanya sebesar 10,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian

Abstract

The times, students and teachers are required to be creative, innovative and know all the information that can be received through ICT-based learning media. The purpose of this service is to overcome the problem of lack of teacher knowledge in the development of information communication and technology (ICT)-based learning media. Activities are carried out in two stages, namely socialization activities, and mentoring. ICT-based learning does not always have advantages but also disadvantages in its application. One of the applications of ICT in learning is the use of learning media that can improve the quality of students' abilities. Multimedia-based learning such as technology that involves text, images, sound and video can present subject matter that is more interesting, not monotonous, and facilitates delivery. Through mentoring activities, the development of ICT-based learning prepared by teachers can improve its quality, so that the learning process is in line with the demands of skills according to the development of the times based on science and technology. The use of the internet in the world of teaching will help the world of teaching increase the quantity of students. The results of PKM socialization and mentoring at SMA Taman Rama Denpasar, resulted in outcomes and achievement targets 1) The preparation of an ICT-based Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) for each subject. 2) certificates for teachers who participate in socialization and mentoring.

Abstract

Professional educators have the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing, and evaluating students in early childhood education through formal education, basic education, secondary education. Teachers are the spearhead of education, as educators, teachers must have certain competencies in order to be able to educate their students well. In learning efforts towards the formation of students' characters who are creative, interactive, innovative, and inspiring in the learning process in the classroom, it is necessary to implement innovative learning models. This service activity aims to develop teacher professionalism through innovative learning models and help improve student learning. This community service is a mentoring activity carried out by students, where lecturers in this case provide workshops on teacher professionalism development through innovative learning. This activity is carried out for 1 month starting from March 13 to April 16, 2022. This service activity is a collaboration carried out by lecturers and students through community service assistance by providing workshops on teacher professionalism development through innovative learning. has been running well, efficient, effective and maximal.
