Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) contribution the achievement motivation to mathematic result study of undergraduate students education of mathematic Departement, (2) contribution the soft skill to mathematic result study of undergraduate students education of mathematic Departement, and (3) contribution the achievement motivation and soft skill to mathematic result study of undergraduate students education of mathematic Departement.This study is a correlational study. The research was conducted at undergraduate degree education of mathematic Departement IKIP PGRI BALI. The sample in this study as many as 75 people, sampling is done using strata random sampling technique. Methods of data collection in the form of tests and questionnaires using a Likert scale. Methods of data analysis used was multiple regression.The results showed that (1) the achievement motivation contributes to mathematic result study of undergraduate students education of mathematic Departement (r = 0.60, p <0.05 and t = 6,41, p <0.05). (2) the soft skill contributes to mathematic result study of undergraduate students education of mathematic Departement (r = 0.8, p <0.05 and t = 11,58, p <0.05)). (3) the achievement motivation and soft skill contributes to mathematic result study of undergraduate students education of mathematic Departement (r = 0.84, p <0.05 and F = 83,31, p <0.05) as well as having effective contribution by 70% .

Abstract

The ability to communicate using good and correct Balinese orally and in writing is the main goal of teaching Balinese. In written language and formal situations, such as the language used in the Balinese pidarta text, the standard Balinese language should be used, namely good and correct language. Based on the title, the discussion in this study is about the use of Balinese language in the Balinese pidarta text which is assessed from the level of phonology and morphology. The purpose of this study was to obtain a clear understanding of the errors in the use of Balinese language in the Balinese pidarta text. From the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the errors made by students were in the use of Balinese language from the phonological level as many as 19 or 39.58% and morphology as much as 29 or 60.42%. Based on the results of the study, (1) students should learn and practice more in applying the use of Balinese language which includes phonological and morphological levels. (2) teachers are advised to provide more and more frequent exercises in applying the use of Balinese language. (3) the school is advised to further improve the facilities and infrastructure by providing a guidebook for the use of the Balinese language.

Abstract

Penggunaan internet yang semakin tinggi dan kebenaran informasi menyebabkan pengetahuan yang berbeda dimasyarakat tentang antibiotik. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih mendalam mengenai penggunaan internet. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan pemanfaatan internet dengan pengetahuan penggunaan antibiotik. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan survei cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebesar 318. Data dikumpulkan dari Bulan Juni-Agustus 2021 di Kota Denpasar menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Kruskal-Wallis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masyarakat mencari menggunakan web/situs pencarian (100%) dan grup media sosial khusus antibiotik (86,5%), serta terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan (p<0,05). Perbedaan pengetahuan kandungan, penggunaan, fungsi, dan khasiat disebabkan kebenaran informasi yang hanya menampilkan sebatas informasi informal. Penggunaan web pemerintah tentang kesehatan, organisasi profesi, dan organisasi kesehatan internasional masih perlu dibuat lebih menarik. Selain itu, penggunaan aplikasi chatting masyarakat dengan dokter-apoteker perlu ditingkatkan untuk menjamin keamanan pengobatan.

Abstract

This study investigation on how the organization of the modern retail business and traditional market revitalization. It was conducted in Denpasar. A type of data collected in this research in qualitative data supported by quantitative data as complement to its support. Qualitative data was obtained from a variety of information, from the respondents and from observation activities being conducted. While the quantitative data was in the form of statistical records found at the research site. Respondents in this study were the modern retail business and small traders in traditional market. This research emphasized on two types of data collection techniques, namely (1) participation observation and (2) In-depth interviews. The data in the present study were analyzed descriptively, qualitatively and interpretatively. The head to head competition, as a consequence of the fast growth of modern market, badly affected the existence of the traditional market. The existence of the modrn market among the traditional market caused the traders and their omzet to decrease.

Abstract

This study reveals the aspect of morality in the collection of short stories Semprong Puun by Ni Wayan Antari et al and its implications in learning literature. This study aims to obtain an overview of the aspects of morality contained and its implication in learning literature at Senior High School in the collection of short stories Semprong Puun by Ni Wayan Antari et al. This research uses qualitative research type. The method used in obtaining the data is the method of documentation or literature study. The results of data analysis show that some of the short stories in the collection of Semprong Puun short stories have moral values ​​such as honesty, being yourself, willingness to take responsibility, moral independence, moral courage, humility, being realistic, and critical. In their work, Ni Wayan Antari et al emphasize the value of humility as well as being realistic and critical. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it is known that the aspect of morality in the collection of short stories from Semprong Puun is relevant in learning literature in high school.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) determinate on the self concept of creativity undergraduate students education of mathematic Departement, (2) determinate on the adversity quotientof creativity undergraduate student seducation of mathematic Departement, and (3) determinate on the self conceptand adversity quotientof creativity undergraduate students education of mathematic Departement. This study is a correlational study. The research was conducted at undergraduate degree education of mathematic Departement IKIP PGRI Bali. The sample in this study as many as 75 people, sampling is done using strata random sampling technique. Methods of data collection in the form of tests andquestionnaires using a Likert scale. Methods of data analysis used was multiple regression. The results showed that (1) the self concept contribute of creativity undergraduate students education of mathematic Departement(r =0.77, p <0.05 andt=16,11, p <0.05), (2) the adversity quotientcontributes of creativity undergraduate students education of mathematic Departement(r =0.60, p <0.05 andt=8.00, p <0.05)), (3) the self conceptand adversity quotient contributes of creativity undergraduate students education of mathematic Departement(r =0.76, p <0.05 andF=48,49, p <0.05) as well as having effective contribution by 58% .

Abstract

Problem solving learning model is a learning model that presents material by confronting students with problems that must be solved. The aims of this study are (1) to determine whether there is a response and whether the application of the problem solving learning model with the zoom application can improve learning outcomes in answering questions in linear algebra courses. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects of this research are 6th semester students of the Mathematics Education Study Program, Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia for the academic year 2021/2022, and the object of this research is a study of understanding linear algebra courses and student responses to problem solving learning models. In this study through four stages of the activity process which includes (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) evaluation and reflection. Data collection techniques using test and observation methods. The results showed that (1) the application of the problem solving learning model could improve the ability to answer questions in linear algebra courses. (2) There is a positive response from students towards the application of problem solving learning models to improve the ability to answer questions in linear algebra courses for 6th semester students of the Mathematics Education Study Program, Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia for the 2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Media is one component of the learning system that cannot be ignored in its development. According to Hamalik (1989), the use of media in the classroom can increase the desire, interest, motivation, and stimulation of learning activities, as well as have a psychological impact on students. This government regulation mandates that teachers and students adapt to the WFH learning method which is familiar to most Indonesian teachers and students. This is where the weakness of this learning method is seen, one of which is the most basic aspect of learning. process, namely the ability of students to understand the content offered by teachers through online media in the WFH learning process used during this outbreak. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 4 Denpasar from January to March 2022. This research is a quantitative descriptive and developmental study that aims to the effectiveness of the application of digital assemblr edu learning media in mathematics subjects at SMK Negeri 4 Denpasar. This development model is divided into five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the research Overall, if the category of agreeing statements has reached 73.2%, it means that the overall effectiveness of implementing the application has been running properly as an application of learning media. Learning through the use of the Assemblr Edu learning media application can improve student learning outcomes. Students will be more enthusiastic about participating in this learning because they are bound by the use of technology they are already familiar with, such as Android, WhatsApp, and Facebook.

Abstract

Higher order thinking skills or Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) are thinking skills that are not just remembering, restating, and also referring without processing, but the ability to think critically, creatively, and be able to solve problems. The objectives of this PKM activity were (1) to understand the principles of making modules based on HOTS questions, (2) to find out the technical steps for making modules based on HOTS questions, (3) to understand the components contained in modules based on HOTS questions. The method used is socialization and mentoring. Material presentation on the principles of making modules based on HOTS questions by the Service Team from UPMI. The participants in this activity were 12 teachers of Public Elementary Schools 1, 2 and 4 of Kaba-Kaba, Kediri sub-district, Tabanan district. The results of this PKM activity are: (1) the trainees understand the principle of making HOTS question-based modules, (2) to understand the technical steps of HOTS question-based modules, (3) understand the components contained in HOTS question-based modules, ( 4) The team from each school produced 1 module based on HOTS questions, and (5) the training participants were very enthusiastic about participating in socialization activities and mentoring in writing HOTS question-based modules and responded positively, so this PKM activity was very useful in relation to improving the quality of teacher competence in learning in school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the application of the discovery learning learning models to improve student learning outcomes in biology on the subject of the upper secondary school respiratory system. This type of research was classroom action research which was conducted from December 2022 to February 2023. The research subjects were students of class XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 11 Denpasar for the 2022/2023 academic year. The object in this research is the results of students' biology learning on the cognitive aspect, with the material of the respiratory system with the discovery learning models. The implementation of the research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings with the stages of planning, action, observation, evaluation and reflection. The results showed that in cycle I, the average pre-test score for students was 59. Meanwhile, the average post-test score for students was 67.64. In cycle II, the average student pre-test score was 81.91. While the average result of the students' post-test score was 97.35. From the specified categories, this research has reached the category of success, indicators of success of student biology learning outcomes or the average value of student learning outcomes, namely fulfilling the KKM, namely 75. Based on this, it can be concluded that the application of discovery learning learning models improves student biology learning outcomes class XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 11 Denpasar for the academic year 2022/2023.
