Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of wealth structure and company size on company value in the food and beverage sector to maximize the wealth structure and company size to support firm value. This research is a causal associative study with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The determination of the sample in the study used data from companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period with a purposive sampling technique. The results show that the wealth structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value, this is because the food and beverage sector companies are a type of company that has a high earning value of productive assets, so they tend to seek internal funding, this gives a signal to investors that the company will maximize company profits for them by not adding to the financing burden of the financial burden of debt later, the characteristics of the food and beverage industry that require large capital and operational experience cause company size to have a positive and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

Meimoon Ibrahim. This study aims to analyze the effects of promotion and work environment on work achievement with the respondents of Local Government office employee. The research focus is protion and ewoek environment on work achievement with the respondents of 100 employees from 133 employees using proportional random sampling method. The research method used explanatory and the data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The research result shows that, promotion and work environment simultaneously provide positive and significant effect on work achievement. Partially, the promotion variable provides positive effect but not significant on work achievement, the work environment variable that becomes the most dominant variable has a positive and significant effect on work achievement, among the four observed variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of performance allowances, training, discipline and organizational support on employee work loyalty at the Community and Village Empowerment Service). The data used in this study is primary data sourced from filling out questionnaires. The research population is 65 respondents using the census method. The analytical technique used to answer research problems and test hypotheses is multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study are (1) performance allowances have a positive and significant effect on work loyalty, (2) training has a positive and significant effect on work loyalty, (3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work loyalty, (4) organizational support has a positive and no effect significant effect on work loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze partially and simultaneously the independent variables of compensation and placement on the dependent variable of employee job satisfaction at PT. Batam Aero Technic. The method of analysis uses: multiple linear regression analysis, 2 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. Research results: 1) Compensation has a significance value of 0.010 1.694 it can be concluded that H1 is accepted. This means that compensation has a positive and significant effect partially on employee job satisfaction at PT. Batam Aero Technic. 2) Placement has a significance value of 0.019 1.694 it can be concluded that H1 is accepted. This means that placement has a positive and significant effect partially on employee job satisfaction at PT. Batam Aero Technic. 3) The results of the F test show that the joint effect of all independent variables of compensation (X1) and placement (X2) on the dependent variable (employee job satisfaction) shows positive and significant results at PT. Batam Aero Technic.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) The application of an accrual-based agency accounting system as the implementation of PP 71 of 2010 in the preparation of financial reports at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Pohuwato Regency; 2) What are the factors that influence the application of the accrual-based agency accounting system (SAIBA) in the preparation of financial reports at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Pohuwato Regency This study uses research conducted using a qualitative approach while the type of research used in this thesis research is qualitative descriptive research. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The application of the accrual-based agency accounting system has been carried out well. Judging from the relevance indicator. the implementation of accrual-based Government Accounting Standards (SAP) at the Ministry of Religion of Pohuwato Regency has been based on Government Regulation Number 71 of 2010, and is compiled in full which consists of reports 2) Application of accrual-based agency accounting systems as the implementation of PP 71 of 2010 in the preparation of financial statements in The Office of the Ministry of Religion of Pohuwato Regency includes human resources, socialization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (1) pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap budaya organisasi, (2) pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap kinerja dosen, (3) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja dosen perguruan tinggi swasta & (4) pengaruh media sosial terhadap kinerja dosen perguruan tinggi swasta di Gorontalo melalui budaya organisasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 93 orang sampel. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan inferensial (SEM PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Gorontalo. (2) Media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja dosen pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Gorontalo. (3) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja dosen pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Gorontalo (4) Media sosial melalui budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja dosen pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Gorontalo. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi mampu untuk meningkatkan pengaruh Media sosial terhadap Kinerja dosen pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Gorontalo (Budaya organisasi mampu menjadi mediasi yang baik)
