This study was conducted to determine the success of Integrated Crop Management Field School (FFS-ICM) and analyze the results of the productivity of corn in corn farm in the village of Mekar Sari subdistrict Kumpeh Muaro Jambi. Sampling method using cluster sampling method with a sample of 72 respondents. Statisti analyzed using inferential. Inferential statistical techniques were used in this study is a paired t test (Paired sample t test). Discussion of the results of analysis of Integrated Crop Management Field School (FFS-ICM) to give effect to the knowledge, attitude and application of agricultural technology, it can be seen from the differences in knowledge, attitudes, and before the application of agricultural technology between the SL-PTT after the implementation of SL- PTT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan kerja penyuluh pertanian, mengetahui kinerja penyuluh pertanian, dan mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja penyuluh pertanian di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan berdasarkan pertimbangan-pertimbangan tertentu yang disesuaiakan dengan tujuan penelitian. Penelitian ini sudah dilakukan pada tanggal 17 maret sampai dengan 18 april 2016. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sensus yaitu dengan mengambil semua responden berdasarkan kecamatan yang mempunyai produktivitas tertinggi. Kecamatan yang mempunyai produktivitas padi tertinggi yaitu Kecamatan Batang Asam dan Kecamatan Seyerang, sehingga total sampel sebanyak 12 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan pencatatan. Untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan kerja penyuluh pertanian diukur dengan menggunakan Skala Likert, sedangkan kinerja penyuluh diukur dengan mengikuti ketetapan dari permentan (2013) dan untuk mengetahui derajat hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja penyuluh pertanian digunakan uji korelasi Rank Sperman (rs). Hasil penelitian menunjukan Tingkat kepuasan kerja penyuluh di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat sebagian besar berada pada kategori sedang, sedangkan Tingkat kinerja penyuluh pertanian di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat sebagian besar berada pada tingkat cukup dan Hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja penyuluh pertanian di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat pada tingkat kepercayaan 95 persen terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja penyuluh.Kata kunci : Penyuluh, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Penyuluh Pertanian

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produktivitas kerja petani sayuran dan mengetahui hubungan penyuluhan pertanian dengan produktivitas kerja petani sayuran di Kecamatan Kumpeh Ulu Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Penentuan lokasi ditentukan secara purposive dan penentuan responden dilakukan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif menggunakan tabel distribusi frekuensi untuk mengetahui produktivitas kerja petani sayuran. Untuk mengetahui hubungan penyuluhan pertanian dengan produktivitas kerja petani sayuran digunakan analisis statistika non parametrik melalui uji Chi Square (x2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Produktivitas kerja petani sayuran dilokasi penelitian masih tergolong rendah yaitu sebesar 43%. Tinggi rendahnya produktivitas kerja petani sayuran dipengaruhi oleh jumlah produksi yang dihasilkan petani dan besarnya penerimaan yang diterima oleh petani. Penerimaan yaitu produksi dikali harga. Seringkali harga yang berlaku dikalangan petani sayuran masih tergolong rendah dan berada di bawah harga pasar, harga yang rendah tentu akan mempengaruhi besar kecilnya penerimaan serta produktivitas kerja petani.Terdapat hubungan yang nyata antara penyuluhan pertanian dengan produktivitas kerja petani sayuran di kecamatan Kumpeh Ulu Kabupaten Muaro Jambi sebesar 67,83%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin sering petani mendapatkan kegiatan penyuluhan pertanian maka petani akan semakin terdorong untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerjanya. This study aims to know: (1) The use of production factors at Orange Siam farm in Bunga Tanjung Village, Betara SubDistrict, Tanjung Jabung Barat District. (2) what factors influencing orange Siam production in Bunga Tanjung Village, Betara District, Tanjung Jabung Barat District. Sampling is done with Proportional Area Random Sampling Method. Analysis of the effect used is multiple linear regression with Ftest, Ttest, R2, and classical assumption test. the results of the analysis obtained value of R2 of 0.935, which means 93.5% change in the production variables orange Siam in Desa Bunga Tanjung can be explained by all independent variables used in the model. In t-test of variable of land area (X1) capital (X2), labor (X3) and farmer age (X4) have significant and significant effect to the production of Siam orange but the variable of labor (X3) is not significant. The classical assumption test states the distribution of normal data and does not occur multicolonierity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. Based on this, the area of land (X1), capital (X2), labor (X3) and farmer age (X4) together have a significant effect on the production of Siamese oranges

This research was conducted in the Pall Merah Village, Jambi Selatan District, Jambi City, against 38 vegetable farmers who were selected at random. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of diversity of commodities and to determine the effect of vegetable crop diversification on increasing income in Jambi Selatan District, Jambi City. Data will be analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Qualitative analysis is used to look at cultivation activities, diversification patterns (diversification) of the business in the vegetable commodities in the study location and several other related matters will be described descriptively. Quantitative analysis is presented in the form of a tabulation which aims to simplify the data in an easy-to-read form. The results of the study show that there are 11 vegetable commodities making up the diversification pattern in South Jambi District consisting of 5 diversified cropping patterns with a moderate diversity index. The highest profit is obtained from cropping pattern V (7 commodities) and with a correlation coefficient between diversity and income of r = 0.805249241, this can be interpreted that the strength of the relationship between variable levels of diversity and income is near perfect.Keywords: vegetables, diversification, income

This study aims to know: (1) knowing the behavior of farmers in the cultivation of Siamese in Bukit Kerman District Kerinci Regency. (2) knowing the productivity of Siamese farming in Bukit Kerman District Kerinci Regency. (3) find out the relationship between the behavior of farmers and the productivity of siam orange farming in Bukit Kerman District Kerinci Regency. Sampling is done by saturated sampling method. The results of the analysis obtained the value of X2 hit > X2 tab which means that there is a relationship between behavior and productivity of Siamese oranges in Bukit Kerman District Kerinci Regency, with a degree of 0.412 which means that the relationship between behavior and productivity is relatively strong because the value lies between 0.354 - 0.707. Obtained a correlation degree of 0.582, which means the closeness of the relationship between behavior and productivity of Siamese in Bukit Kerman Subdistrict, Kerinci Regency is classified as moderate. Furthermore, the thit> ttab value means that there is a significant relationship between behavior and productivity of Siamese in the Bukit Kerman Subdistrict of Kerinci District in real terms.
