Abstract

Lab tools and materials are very important in supporting practical activities. The process of borrowing lab tools and materials at Electrical Installation Laboratory in Politeknik Jambi is still done manually by using paper which make it difficult to monitor the availability. For that reason we need a system that can help that process, namely the Monitoring System Lab Tools and Materials. It was developed based on web and client servers to support the flexibility of the designed system. The system was created by using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The research resulted  in a software monitoring system tools and lab materials in lectures that can be accessed by lecturers and head of laboratory. The system makes it easier to borrow lab tools and materials and also for the head of laboratory to monitor any information about the availability of tools and materials in the laboratory.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dapat mendukung segala aspek kehidupan termasuk juga sektor pertanian. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa pemilihan bibit yang baik dan perawatan tanaman yang baik, seperti intefikasi pertanian. Intefikasi pertanian terdiri dari pengolahan tanah yang baik dan pengairan yang teratur.tanaman cabai memiliki pertumbuhan yang sangat payah. Untuk tumbuh baik tanaman cabai harus memiliki kadar air pada tanah yang seimbang. Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang pengontrolan kelembaban tanah pada tanaman cabai. Pada tugas akhir ini di buat sebuah alat pengontrolan kelembaban tanah sekaligus penyiram tanaman otomatis. Pompa air sebagai penyiram tanaman cabai. Sistem kerja penyiram tanaman cabai ini secara otomatis menyesuaikan  kondisi kelembaban tanah yang terpantau. Untuk melihat hasil dari monitoring kelembaban tanah dapat dilihat pada tampilan LCD.

Abstract

Abstract

Proses pendataan barang masuk dan keluar, stok persediaan, dan pelaporan barang belum optimal saat pencarian data dikarenakan banyaknya data barang dan penampung datanya masih menggunakan spreadsheet. Dengan itu agar dapat optimal maka disarankan untuk menggunakan sistem informasi persediaan. Tujuan sistem informasi persediaan barang ini untuk mengatasi masalah yang muncul pada sistem yang sedang berjalan saat ini di PT. Zokkas Sejahtera Jambi serta menjadi solusi baik bagi perusahaan demi terciptanya sistem yang lebih cepat dan akurat dalam mengelola persediaan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis web dengan metode FIFO yang memberikan kemudahan dalam memberikan informasi data persediaan barang melalui barang masuk dan barang keluar dengan menggunakan diagram arus data, DFD, ERD dan MySQL untuk pengolahan data.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Melin Sari Cooperative which still using manual system. The purpose of this study is to find out how the profit / loss accounting system that runs on the Cooperative Melin Sari and to provide the design of accounting information system profit / loss on the Cooperative Melin Sari. Analyzer used that is including system analysis, which then proceed to stage of system design by using flowchart and DFD. Based on the results of the study the authors found that the system run cooperatives still have shortcomings and weaknesses in terms of member data collection procedures to the transactions performed, documents used, recording loan transactions, and reports generated. Furthermore the authors designed an accounting information system that is able to overcome the weaknesses and shortcomings.

Abstract

Accura Production is a small or medium enterprise (SME) engaged in printing, digital printing and convection. This company determines the selling price of products based on estimates, so the selling price of the product may be too high or low because currently the cost of goods calculation does not cover all cost elements incurred in production costs. The purpose of this research is to design a system for determining the cost of goods manufactured in accordance with cost accounting standards. The data collection method was done by interview, observation and literature study. The data analysis technique uses the Waterfall system development method and the determination of the cost of production uses the full costing method. Programming language using PHP and database using MySQL, and system design using DFD. The result of this research is that there is a system currently being developed which is useful to reduce the occurrence of production cost calculation errors because the system designed will display all elements of production costs so that it is monitored more quickly, accurately, and in detail.

Abstract

Inventory accounting information system is the main and most important information system in carrying out the activities of calculating an inventory in an organization, this research is intended as the development of an inventory accounting information system that aims to facilitate users in processing inventory accounting data. This study aims to analyze the information system of consumable inventory at Jambi Polytechnic. In this research, data collection techniques used include interviews, and literature studies. From the results of the analysis that has been done at the Jambi Polytechnic, it has used an information system, but it is still not effective in the management of consumables. This can be seen from the merging of one information system to process various data assets, inventory, and inventory of consumable goods themselves, and the program system used is inadequate to make reports of consumable inventory by utilizing the theory of inventory accounting standards. The development method is carried out using the System Development Life Cycle method and the Waterfall model which is a development model tends not to change. Based on the results of the study, the authors developed an inventory accounting information system that can be accessed by users so as to facilitate data processing and minimize the use of time and output reports in the form of inventory cards with the First In First Out and Last In First Out methods as the basis for using inventory accounting theory.

Abstract

Inventories can be interpreted as goods that are stored and used or sold in the future or period to come. Inventory must be determined first before the sale is made so that the company must determine the optimal amount of merchandise inventory so that the number of purchases can reach the minimum purchase amount. To achieve the effectiveness of modern inventory supplies, universities or colleges must make changes that can encourage activity towards inventory and cost efficiency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the total cost of inventory and make it easier to record inventory using a web-based application in PHP, and a MySQL database.

Abstract

Poljamshop is an information system that is used to market products at the Jambi Polytechnic and also collaborating partners. Currently there are only sales through the website and few visitors because they are not known to the public, so sales are still personal through mouth to mouth promotions or social media promotions. With this, e-commerce to help Poljamshop increase customer satisfaction to choose or order a product at Poljamshop. This application is made by developing a system using the waterfall method, the tools used to describe the model of this application system are Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The purpose of this final project is to create a mobile commerce on Poljamshop.
