Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dapat mendukung segala aspek kehidupan termasuk juga sektor pertanian. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa pemilihan bibit yang baik dan perawatan tanaman yang baik, seperti intefikasi pertanian. Intefikasi pertanian terdiri dari pengolahan tanah yang baik dan pengairan yang teratur.tanaman cabai memiliki pertumbuhan yang sangat payah. Untuk tumbuh baik tanaman cabai harus memiliki kadar air pada tanah yang seimbang. Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang pengontrolan kelembaban tanah pada tanaman cabai. Pada tugas akhir ini di buat sebuah alat pengontrolan kelembaban tanah sekaligus penyiram tanaman otomatis. Pompa air sebagai penyiram tanaman cabai. Sistem kerja penyiram tanaman cabai ini secara otomatis menyesuaikan  kondisi kelembaban tanah yang terpantau. Untuk melihat hasil dari monitoring kelembaban tanah dapat dilihat pada tampilan LCD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan secara mandiri dengan memanfaatkan mikrokontroler Atmega 128 sebagai pengontrolan utama untuk mengoperasikan robot pemindah balok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem robot pemindah barang dari satu titik ke titik lain dengan menggunakan pengontrolan secara wireless, dalam hal ini balok. Metode Perancangan ini berdasarkan analisa kebutuhan terhadap benda yang akan di pindahkan seperti massa, ukuran dan luas ruangan tempat robot berada. Dari hasil rancangan, secara teknis dapat memindahkan barang dari satu tempat ke tempat yang lain dengan di kontrol menggunakan joystik yang terhubung dengan robot secara wireless, robot dapat di kontrol maju, mundur, belok kiri, belok kanan, lengan naik, lengan turun, lengan menggenggam dan melepas genggaman. Kekurangan dari rancangan robot yang dibuat adalah bahwasanya objek atau balok yang diangkat masihsangat sederhana yaitu busa yang menyerupai kubus dan dalam hal keakuratan posisi dipengaruhi oleh kecepatan motor yang tidak dilengkapi pengontrol kecepatan. Dari hasil pengujian robot untuk memindahkan barang memiliki nilai keberhasilan sebesar 90 %.

Abstract

There are problems that still exist in online learning including limited-reach networks, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and others. This study discussed the analysis of sentiment which used the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method with XGBoost feature selection as a performance improvement that took data from news portals. The results of this study showed that graph data on the application of online learning forms in Indonesia had a "Negative" opinion. Performance testing of the NBC method based on XGBoost feature selection was conducted four times. The first experiment resulted in an accuracy value of 60.18% with 50/50 split data. The next experiment had an accuracy value of 56.92% with 70/30 split data. After that, the third experiment resulted in an accuracy value of 65.90% with 80/20 split data. The result of the last experiment was an accuracy value of 63.63% with 90/10 split data. After using XGBoost feature selection, it produced an accuracy of 60.18%, 67.69%, 70.45%, and 77.27%. The study also produced the highest average score at 10-Fold Cross-Validation in the second trial with a score of 65.62%.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease-19 (Covid-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The rapid spread of this disease has affected 216 other countries and regions, including Indonesia. In minimizing the spread and increasing losses, it is necessary to have several policies made by the Indonesian government in dealing with this. One of the policies taken by the government is the Convict Assimilation Program to prevent the spread of the virus in prisons. The Prisoner Assimilation Program fosters inmates by integrating prisoners into social life. Many media reported on the assimilation program in various media, including news portals, so that it became a forum for the public to express their opinions. News portals can be a source for getting public opinion. Therefore, sentiment analysis can be done to determine the sentiment of any existing public opinion. In this study, the analysis was carried out by applying one of the data mining methods, namely the Support Vector Machine, with positive, negative, and neutral sentiment labeling. The data used is audience comments in Indonesian with a dataset of 404 comments and then resampled so that the number of data becomes 669. The analysis uses the kernel Radial Basis Function (RBF), RBF with Grid Search, Polynomials, and Polynomials with grid search. Kernel RBF and Kernel Polynomial with Grid Search comparing test and training data 80%:20% with the highest accuracy of 95%.

Abstract

At the Bappeda Office (Regional Development Planning Agency) Jambi City has 75 ASN (State Civil Apparatus) employees. So far, in the process of processing employee data, it is still in the conventional way with Microsoft Excel office applications and the data is not yet centralized, it is still scattered in each field, to obtain information or edit employee data, especially the focus of this research is on rank data information which is constantly available. changes, to obtain this information, it must take 2 to 3 days because they have to collect data from their respective fields, then the data is submitted to the Head of the Sub-Division of Personnel and Households, this makes the author think of creating an information system that is realtime and efficient in order to facilitate the performance of a Head of Sub-Division of Personnel and Household. System design is done by using DFD and ERD to model data and processes. With this system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for all ASN employees within the Jambi City Bappeda and related and interested agencies who have access to get the latest information.

Abstract

There are several problems that occur at MA Negeri 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur so far the teaching and learning process between teachers and students is very limited. So if there are obstacles, such as students who do not understand certain subject matter, it will be difficult if they want to repeat the material and ask the teacher concerned directly. The face-to-face learning process in the classroom sometimes makes students bored because they are too tired with the monotonous learning system and at times. Covid-19 pandemic students at MA Negeri 2 study at home by being given assignments by the teacher where the assignments are taken at school and then collected again with the time that has been given by the teacher for each subject which causes the teaching and learning process to be ineffective. This research is website-based e-learning. The purpose of this study was to analyze and design a website-based e-learning system at MA Negeri 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur. The system modeling tools used are UML (Unified Modeling Language) and Balsamiq Mockups 3 to design prototypes. Based on the results of research on the analysis and design of the learning system at MA Negeri 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur, it is currently still less effective and efficient because it uses conventional learning media, so a website-based e-learning system is needed that has the features needed to support the teaching and learning process without being constrained by space. and time. Suggestions for this research are expected that further research can design an e-learning system with achievement features.

Abstract

Management of human resources is something that needs to be considered in a university, because the management of human resources is included in the management of higher education. Information systems are really needed in managing at a Muhammadiyah University, information systems must also be in accordance with existing management at Muhammadiyah University and in management there are general principles that include planning, organizing, mobilizing and ensuring. using modeling UML (Unified Modeling Language) with the following steps: Determining Initial Planning, Analyzing Information Systems Currently Used, Modeling Information Systems Using UML Modeling (Unified Modeling Language). At this stage, create a model of information system requirements with Use Cases, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams and Build Information System Prototypes. The results of this information system design are to assist HR management in collecting employee data and also to facilitate the process of applicants becoming employees at the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi. With this information system, it is also easy to find information about employee recruitment and employee development. This research resulted in a design made using object-oriented methods with UML, which resulted in a prototype of an HR management information system, especially employee recruitment at the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi

Abstract

Manajemen pengelolaan aset di Politeknik Jambi belum terkelolah dengan biak, pada bagianinventarisasi terdapat berbagai macam permasalahan yaitu masalah operasional, hal ini dikarenakanpengelolaan asset tersebut masih bersifat manual. Secara spesifik masalahnya adalah tidak adanyainformasi pendataan mengenai detail aset, lokasi aset dan jumlah aset yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukankegiatan operasional manajemen. Selain itu, belum adanya sistem yang terintegrasi sehingga pembuatanlaporan aset menjadi lebih sulit. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Pemodelan Sistem yang digunakan dalamanalisis system dengan pendekatan berorientasi objek menggunakan UML (unified modellinglanguage). Pemodelan sistem informasi manajemen aset ini dapat digunakan sebagai analisisperancangan system informasi mnajemen aset yang dapat diimplementasikan lebih lanjutsehingga menghasilkan sistem informasi manajemen aset yang dapat diterapkan padaPoliteknik Jambi.
