Abstract

Organizational culture is one of the important things that must be considered by a company because it causes the appearance of organizational citizenship behavior in the employee. Positive organizational culture cause the employees felt like to do more work than what was required in the job description. This research aims to figure out the organizational culture, citizenship behavior, and how much influence from organizational culture into citizenship behavior employees in PT X. The method research is using quantitative research method. The data analysis method was used that classic assumption test, descriptive statistical analysis, simple correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The sample in this research of 120 respondents with the total population of 239 employees. Collecting data use questionnaire with the Likert scale and interview. The results showed the organization's culture is in the category both in terms of innovation and risk-taking, attention to detail, results-orientation, people orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, and stability. Then the organizational citizenship behavior was used in this study is the dimension of organizational citizenship behavior of employees also are in good category seen from the behavior altruism, conscientiousness, Sportsmanship, courtesy, and civic virtue. The conclusion from this research that there is an influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior amounted to 79.3%.

Abstract

Elzatta is one of the subsidiaries of PT Bezaya Group that provides fashion stuff of Muslim women and men. The company has 28 authorized outlets in Indonesia, of which 6 are located in Bandung. Servicescape which was created in the Elzatta’s store or gallery has an important part of the service to consumers that can help to build customer loyalty. With the loyalty that is built, then the consumer will make repeat purchases of the products. This study aims to determine servicescape and customer loyalty as well as the value of the influence of servicescape on customer loyalty Elzatta Bandung. The method used is quantitative research methods. Data analysis method used is the classic assumption test, simple linear regression, simple correlation, coefficient determination test, descriptive statistical tests, and hypothesis testing. Sampling that takes the consumer as much as 104 respondents. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires with Likert scale. The research shows a result that servicescape included in the high/good criteria, with dimensions of the ambient condition, spatial/function; sign; symbol; artifacts, employee. Likewise, customer loyalty shows the results with the high/good criteria on the dimensions of repeat purchase, purchases all lines, retention, referrals. The conclusion of this study is servicescape have an influence on consumer loyalty Elzatta Bandung as 15.8%.

Abstract

Engagement at PT Kertas Padalarang (Persero) and the influence of organizational culture on employee engagement. The dimensions of organizational culture are involvement, consistency, adaptability and mission (Denison on Sobirin, 2009: 191). The dimensions of employee engagement are vigor, dedication and absorption (Schaufeli and Bakker, 2003: 5). The sample of this research as much as 151 respondents consists of supervisor, assistant supervisor, main operator, operator, and others (honorary and contract employees) which spreads in accounting, finance, R & D, logistic, marketing, human resources, internal control unit, engineering and production department. The method which used in this research is quantitative research methods. Data analysis method which used are descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results, organizational culture is currently in the good category, compare to employee engagement that is still in the moderate category. The relation of organizational culture and employee engagement currently are on strong category. The Regression equation in this research is Y=8,655+0,651X. Therefore, the influence of organizational culture on employee engagement amounted to 45,4%.

Abstract

PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) is a manufacture company that provides airplane with component and service. The company has 4.225 employees. Organization culture is one of important thing that have to attentively by a company because this one possible to affect for employee performance. This research aims to determine organization culture and employee performance and the influence of organization culture on employee performance at Production Directorate PT DI. Organizational culture can be seen from the lack of implementation of the company value while the performance can be seen from the production does not reach the target and the grade of the employee's performance is still low. The method which is used in this research is quantitative research methods. Data analysis method which is used in this research are descriptive analysis, a classic assumption test, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The sample in this research 107 respondents. The data collection is used questionnaire with Likert scale. Based on the results of data processing, organization culture currently on good category, it can be seen from innovation and risk taking, attention to detail, outcome orientation, people orientation, team orientation, aggresiveness, and stability. Then, employee performance also currently on good category, it can be seen from quantity the of work, quality of work, knowledge of job, personal qualities, cooperation, dependability, and initiative. The conclusion of this research is there’s an influence of organization culture on employee performance amounted to 28,2% which have positive by value amount 0,531 which means medium and significant value.

Abstract

Along with high competition, the ability to survive in the business world strategic leadership is needed to face the competition. Strategic leadership that has dimensions of vision, business model articulation, information delivery well, clever in handling power, and emotional intelligence is one of the factors needed in the company in choosing the appropriate strategy competitiveness. While the competitive strategy itself has a dimension of leadership that low cost, differentiation, and focus. This study aims to measure great strategic leadership, competitive strategy and how much strategic leadership relationship and competitive strategy in SMEs cafe and restaurant. The population of this study is 557 SMEs cafe and restaurant it Kecamatan Bandung Wetan, with a sample of 50 SMEs. The methodology used is descriptive method associative. In this study using simple regression method obtained regression equation Y = 16043 + 0,306X, it means to have a positive relationship of 0.401. The result of research stated that strategic leadership influence 16,08% toward competitive strategy at SMEs cafe and restaurant. Seiring dengan persaingan yang tinggi, kemampuan bertahan di dunia bisnis. Kepemimpinan strategis dibutuhkan untuk menghadapi persaingan. Kepemimpinan strategis yang memiliki dimensi visi, artikulasi model bisnis, penyampaian informasi dengan baik, pandai dalam menangani daya, dan kecerdasan emosional merupakan salah satu faktor yang dibutuhkan dalam perusahaan dalam memilih strategi bersaing yang tepat. Sedangkan strategi bersaing itu sendiri memiliki dimensi kepemimpinan yang berbiaya rendah, diferensiasi dan fokus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur strategi kepemimpinan yang hebat, strategi bersaing dan seberapa besar hubungan kepemimpinan strategis dan strategi bersaing di UKM kafe dan restoran. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 557 UKM kafe dan restoran Kecamatan Bandung Wetan, dengan sampel 50 UKM. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif asosiatif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi sederhana diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 16043 + 0,306X, artinya memiliki hubungan positif sebesar 0,401. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan strategis berpengaruh 16,08% terhadap strategi bersaing di UKM kafe dan restoran.

Abstract

Mastery of keyboarding being part urgent to communicate through the computer, and very important, especially students who study in the field of business. On the other side, individual performance also influenced by the work environment, and music is one form the environment that could effect keyboarding performance. A model that can describe this is the stimulus-responsible model of mehrabian-russell which explains that music can affect the performance of individual writing. Almost all of Indonesia has traditional music. Therefore, research is needed to identify the effects of traditional music to enrich the area of innovation in strategies and techniques of learning keyboarding skills. In this study conducted an experiment on two groups, the treatment groups(traditional music) and control group (without traditional) and questionnaire to strengthen the experimental results. In preliminary tests of typing, both groups had a mean AWPM identical or similar. Furthermore, tests carried one, where the treatment group listened to five kinds of music Java, Sunda, and Bali. The test result and the result of the questionnaire showed that (typing skills shown by the average value of AWPM) will increase significantly used of traditional music as the background. So, the genre of traditional music can be stimulant to improve average performance of AWPM. There are three traditional kinds of music that can improve student typing speed and accuracy significantly, a regional music cublek-cublek suweng, kebiar bali, and oleg tambuliningan, but cublek-cublek suweng is a genre of traditional music that has the best effect. Therefore, the process of learning courses keyboarding skills needs to use instrumental traditional music, especially instrumental music that has a fast and cheerfully tempo.

Abstract

Culinary business from every new is always increasing, has always been the highest compared with other types of business. Based on data from the print media, Bandung is designated as an Indonesian culinary destination because it contributes greatly to the state revenue. However, there are problems that often occur especially in the culinary field, one of which is from human resources. This study was conducted to determine the effect of human resources viewed from emotional intelligence to employee performance. The method used is descriptive analysis to obtain the results of emotional intelligence is in the high category and employee performance is also in the high category. The result of simple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = 13.060 + 0.420X, with R Square of 0.599 means there is contribution between emotional intelligence to employee performance equal to 59.9%. Bisnis kuliner dari tahun ke tahun selalu meningkat, meningkatnya bisnis kuliner selalu menjadi  yang tertinggi  dibandingkan  dengan  jenis  usaha lainnya.  Berdasarkan  data  dari media cetak, Bandung ditetapkan sebagai destinasi kuliner Indonesia karena berkontribusi besar terhadap  pendapatan negara. Namun, ada masalah  yang sering terjadi terutama di bidang kuliner, salah satunya berasal dari sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sumber daya manusia yang dilihat dari kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan hasil kecerdasan emosional berada pada kategori tinggi dan kinerja karyawan juga berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana diperoleh persamaan Y = 13,060 + 0,420X, dengan R Square sebesar 0,599 berarti ada kontribusi antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 59,9%.

Abstract

The creative industry is one of sector that has rapid development in Indonesia, especially in Bandung. The part of this sector that tends to decrease every year or have smallest development level is Handicrafts. Although the number of businessman in this part is less than in food and beverage part, the competition between them is also fierce. The businessman should be the one who can decide the proper competitive strategy to survive in this competition. The other way to do to win the competition is applying innovation strategy towards the product so that it can be different from our competitor products and attract more customers. This research determined the relationship between innovation strategy and competitive advantage in the UKM handicraft business in Bandung. Linear regression will be used to determine this relationship. Industri kreatif adalah salah satu sektor yang memiliki perkembangan pesat di Indonesia, khususnya di Bandung. Bagian dari sektor ini yang cenderung menurun setiap tahun atau memiliki tingkat pengembangan terkecil adalah kerajinan tangan. Meskipun jumlah pengusaha di bagian ini lebih sedikit daripada di bagian makanan dan minuman, persaingan di antara mereka juga sengit. Pengusaha harus menjadi orang yang dapat memutuskan strategi bersaing yang tepat untuk bertahan dalam kompetisi ini. Cara lain yang dilakukan untuk memenangkan persaingan adalah menerapkan strategi inovasi terhadap produk sehingga dapat berbeda dari produk pesaing kami dan menarik lebih banyak pelanggan. Penelitian ini menentukan hubungan antara strategi inovasi dan keunggulan kompetitif dalam bisnis kerajinan tangan UKM di Bandung. Regresi linear akan digunakan untuk menentukan hubungan ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of services and customer loyalty mail and parcel as well as how much the influence of service performance to customer loyalty of mail and parcel in PT Pos Indonesia Bandung. Quota sampling technique was used to collect data through questionnaires to 115 people who use the services of courier mail and parcel post with Likert scale. The analysis method used is the multiple regression. The results showed that the performance of services in PT Pos Indonesia are in the category of good/high in terms of interaction quality, physical environment quality, and outcome quality. While customer loyalty mail and parcel that are in the category of average in terms of repeat purchase, purchases across product and service line, refers others and demonstrates immunity to the pull of the competition. The conclusion is the performance of services significantly affect customer loyalty mail and parcel in PT Pos Indonesia Bandung amounted to 54.7%.
