Abstract

PT ABC is in charge of verifying the industries. The verification process uses an information system that has been instructed by the Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia. But the low level of acceptance of information systems in PT ABC becomes an obstacle. This study aims to explore the causes of low levels of acceptance of information systems in PT ABC by using the acceptance model UTAUT. From UTAUT model, it can be identified factors that influence low acceptance level. The end result of this research is a recommendation for PT ABC regarding the improvement of industrial verification information system. This research propose four items: policy to users, formalizing business processes and increasing awareness about the importance of using information system to user level.

Abstract

Abstract

PT INTI engaged in telecommunication, has long become a supplier of network construction with a large scale that is national. Therefore, PT INTI has a lot of material and spread all over the city in Indonesia. Previously, PT Inti still uses semi-manual way to do their material recording. The material recording is done by using Microsoft Excel which will be sent by electronic mail (email) if needed. But it is vulnerable to errors because the data contained in is not integrated. To overcome this, PT INTI wants to have a web based application called INTI Maintenance to manage financial materials such as material input, material search, material removal, material search, material data printing, to finance such as request addition, change of request status, delivery, and residual balances of each city. INTI Maintenance web-based information system financial module is built with open source software that uses PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database, and Windows as server computer. The final results achieved in the material management information system in this module have advantages in assisting PT INTI employees in managing financial data and validation for material delivery using receipt of delivery material. Abstract

The waste problem is a common problem and has become a universal phenomenon in various countries worldwide, including Indonesia. One way to reduce waste is to do waste management. Therefore, waste processing can be an excellent first step in preventing short-term and long-term waste. In today's modern era, information technology is growing rapidly. People can use this technological development to avoid waste in Indonesia with the presence of digital waste management services that all Indonesian people can use, one of which is the Xyz website. Xyz has a service to recycle the garbage sent from individual users and companies. However, from the results of website performance testing using the Single Ease Question measurement method that has been carried out, there are still several problems on the XYZ waste processing website, including Use of unfamiliar language, information that is difficult to reach, website flow that is too complicated, and some components of the interface design that website cannot use properly. So, it is necessary to redesign the user interface and user experience of the Xyz website using the design thinking method, which aims to improve the performance and usability of the Xyz website. Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises, or MSMEs are business actors in Indonesia that play a critical role in the absorption of labor and the formation of gross domestic product (GDP). However, their potential is hindered by capital problems. They still rely on capital from banks and personal loans which tend to be tough and also do not guarantee business continuity in the long term. Crowdfunding can be used as an alternative capital. However, there are still many shortcomings of crowdfunding that result in a reluctance to take advantage of it such as being vulnerable to fraud and funds that return not according to the agreement. Based on these problems, developing a Sharia crowdfunding application based on Sharia principles as a capital alternative is needed. This Sharia crowdfunding application requires a backend to run well and optimally. The backend was created using the Laravel framework, incremental iterative methods, and MySQL as a database system. The crowdfunding application was tested using black box testing and user acceptance test. Based on the test results, the crowdfunding application has met user needs in becoming an alternative capital with user acceptance test results of 93.7% for MSMEs, 96.4% for investors, and 92.1% for admins

Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil menengah atau UMKM merupakan pelaku usaha terbesar di Indonesia yang berperan penting dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja dan pembentukan produk domestik bruto (PDB). Namun potensi besar tersebut masih terhalang oleh permasalahan permodalan. Mayoritas UMKM masih mengandalkan permodalan dari perbankan yang cenderung sulit untuk didapatkan dan pinjaman modal dari perorangan yang tidak menjamin keberlangsungan bisnis dalam jangka panjang. Crowdfunding merupakan fintech yang bisa dijadikan sebagai alternatif dalam menghadapi masalah permodalan ini. Namun masih banyak kekurangan crowdfunding yang mengakibatkan keengganan untuk memanfaatkannya seperti rentan terhadap penipuan, waktu pengembalian dana yang lama dan dana yang kembali tidak sesuai perjanjian. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dibutuhkan adanya pengembangan aplikasi crowdfunding syariah yang dijalankan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip syariah sebagai alternatif pendanaan modal untuk UMKM. Aplikasi crowdfunding syariah ini membutuhkan adanya perancangan backend agar dapat berjalan dengan baik dan optimal. Perancangan backend tersebut dibuat dengan menggunakan framework Laravel dan metode iterative incremental, serta MySQL sebagai sistem basis data. Aplikasi crowdfunding yang dirancang diuji dengan menggunakan metode blackbox testing dan user acceptance test. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aplikasi crowdfunding sudah memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dalam menjadi alternatif permodalan dengan hasil user acceptance test sebesar 93.7% untuk UMKM, 96.4% untuk investor dan 92.1% untuk admin.
