Abstract

Latar belakang permasalahan kurangnya kedisiplinan warga belajar dalam mengikuti pembelajaran di SKB secara tertib, datang terlambat dan kurang konsentrasi terhadap pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh tutor. Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran, kendala faktor penghambat dan pendukung pelaksanaan strategi pembelajaran program paket B di UPTD SKB Simo Kabupaten Boyolali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 11 orang yang terdiri dari 5 orang tutor dan 6 warga belajar. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber. Teknik penganalisisan data yang digunakan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan tutor di SKB yakni mengunci pintu kelas saat pelajaran berlangsung, menghukum mengelilingi lapangan dan membersihkan laboratorium maupun mushola bagi yang datang terlambat, mengumpulkan tugas sebelum bel masuk, memberikan nilai bonus untuk yang datang tepat waktu dan mengajak sholat dzuhur berjamaah terlebih dahulu. Faktor penghambat pembelajaran meliputi latar belakang sosial, ekonomi, lingkungan dan motivasi belajar rendah menjadi penghambat proses pembelajaran di SKB Simo. Faktor pendukung yaitu strategi pembelajarannya telah disetujui oleh kepala SKB, sarana dan prasarana telah memadahi, dan media pembelajaran cukup lengkap. Tutor menerapkan mengunci pintu saat bel masuk diharapkan supaya warga belajar dating tepat waktu dan mengajak sholat dzuhur berjamaah sebelum masuk kelas.Some problem in this reasearch are more of thestudent have less dicipline, to get lesson in SKB(Activity galery of study), late to cam, less consentration to the lesson that given from the teacher. Purpuse of this reasearch are describe of learning strategichange paket B, and describe constraints and problem and stake holder who doing learning strategi program at UPTD SKB Simo Boyolali district reasearch result at area. This research using qualitative approach. Technical data used by interview observation and documentation. The subject of this research are 11 people about of them 5 teacher and 6 informan .Of the legitimacy of the data used in this research are subject trianggulasi. Technical data analysis of its use is by the reduction of the data, the presentation of data, the conclusion. Learning strategi that the teacher used at SKB are locked all of the door at the classroom when the student are studyng. Give punishment run arround the field and cleaning laboratory and mosque when came to late. Take the task before bell began. Give bonus value tp the student arrive on time. Invite pray together. Factor learning inhibiting : social background, economy, environment, and less learning ,motivation make inhibiting learnin process at SKB Simo. Proponent factor is learning strategi approved headmaster SKB. Have enough infrastructure, and learning media complitty.conclusions at learning strategies in the reasearch teacher do locked the door when bell began. So that expected all student arrive on time and pray together before coming in the class.
