Abstract

The study aimed to analyzed the effect of satisfaction on performance of employees by using explanatory survey method. Data were collected by using likert scalemodel questionnaire. Respondents were employees in Regional Civil Service Agency in PangkalpinangCity. Data were analyzed by using regression analyisis, the result showed that job satisfaction towards performance of employees has significant and positive effect on performanceof employee, either partially. Therefore, performance of employee can be improved though improving job satisfaction of employee.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model likert scale. Responden adalah pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Pangkalpinang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara parsial. Oleh karena itu, kinerja pegawai dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kepuasan kerja pegawai.
