<![CDATA[Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) Peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran make a match. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Toari yang terdiri dari 3 kelas paralel. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pemberian tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa berbentuk tes uraian dan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji paired sampel t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa setelah diajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match.Kata kunci: Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis, Model Pembelajaran Make a Match. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to knowing: (1) meroving ability the problem solving mathematical student who was teaching with the lesson model make a match. Population this research are all student VII class at Smpn 2 Toari who have consist of 3 paralel class. To take sample of this research are using purposive sampling. Technique of to taking data is giving test about ability the problem solving mathematical student as essay test and observation sheet.
