Abstract

ABSTRACT The influence of educaion and training as well as an incentive to nurse job satisfaction throuh motivation in the inpatient Hospital Arifin Nu’mang Regency Of Sidenreng Rappang. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of direct and indirect education and training as well as incentives to nurse job satisfaction throuh motivation in the inpatient Hospital Arifin Nu’mang Regency Of Sidenreng Rappang. Metode this research is quantitative research with the approach of research is explanative as well as design cross sectional study with the total number of respondents 131 people.The result showed that education and training as well as incentives have a positive and significant directly againt the motivation to work in inpatient hospital Arifin Nu’mang the district Sidrap.Education and training as well as incentives positive but not significant directly to job satisfaction of nurses in inpatient hospitals Arifin Nu’mang the district Sidrap. Motivation has positive and significant effect directly on job satisfaction of nurses working in inpatient hospital Arifin Nu’mang the district Sidrap. Education and training as well as incentive have positive indirectly to nurses job satisfaction through motivation in the inpatient hospitals Arifin Nu’mang the district Sidrap.  Keywords : Eduaction And Training, Incentive, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction Of Nurses.  ABSTRAK Pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) serta insentif terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat melalui motivasi kerja di ruang rawat  inap Rumah Sakit Arifin Nu’mang Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang.         Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat) serta Insentif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Perawat melalui Motivasi Kerja di Ruang Rawat  Inap RS Arifin Nu’mang Kabupaten Sidrap. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian eksplanatif serta Design Cross Sectional Study dengan jumlah responden  131 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) serta insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap motivasi kerja di ruang rawat  inap RS Arifin Nu’mang Kabupaten Sidrap. Pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) serta insentif berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat di ruang rawat  inap RS Arifin Nu’mang Kabupaten Sidrap. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat di ruang rawat  inap RS Arifin Nu’mang Kabupaten Sidrap. Pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) serta insentif berpengaruh positif secara tidak langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat melalui motivasi kerja di ruang rawat  inap RS Arifin Nu’mang Kabupaten Sidrap. Kata kunci : Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat), Insentif, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja Perawat
