<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of compensation to work productively at PT Inter Pan Pacific Futures Banjarmasin, the Influence of motivation to work productively at PT Inter Pan Pacific Futures Banjarmasin and the Influence of compensation and motivation to work productively at PT Inter Pan Pacific Futures Banjarmasin. The population in this study are all employees in PT Inter Pan Pacific Futures Banjarmasin that is as many as 31 people by using the total sampling technique. Data collecting techniques are used in the form of questionnaires and documentation. The technique of data analysis is descriptive quantitative by using SPSS v17. Measurement instrument in this research is Likert scale that will be tested with test Validity and Test Reliability. From the results of research , it is stated that 40.2% compensation can affect productivity at PT Inter Pacific Pan Pacific Futures Banjarmasin if more in note. In accordance with the statement by Dahlan, 2009: 1. Motivation 34.1% can affect the productivity of PT Inter Pan Pacific Futures Banjarmasin. Compensation and motivation can influence 74.3% productivity of PT Inter Pan Pacific Futures Banjarmasin Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja di PT Inter Pan Pasifik Futures Banjarmasin, (2) Pengaruh motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja di PT Inter Pan Pasifik Futures Banjarmasin, (3) Pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja di PT Inter Pan Pasifik Futures Banjarmasin. Yang menjadi populasi didalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT Inter Pan Pasifik Futures Banjarmasi yaitu sebanyak 31 orang dan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode teknik analisa data yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS v17. Pengukuran instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert yang akan diuji dengan uji Validitas dan Uji Reliabilitas Dari hasil penelitian dinyatakan bahwa Kompensasi 40,2% dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas pada PT Inter Pan Pasifik Futures Banjarmasin apabila lebih di perhatikan. Motivasi 34,1% dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas. Kompensasi dan motivasi dapat memberi pengaruh sebesar 74,3% terhadap produktivitas PT Inter Pan Pasifik Futures Banjarmasin.]]>
