This method of manufacture includes specifications ; drying chamber length 240 cm , width 100 cm , height 100 cm ( divided into two rooms ) . Space heat diverter cone type length 80 cm , width 100 cm , height 100 cm . Space heating length of 80 cm , width 50 cm , height 50 cm . Furnace length 80 cm , width 50 cm , height 50 cm . Booster blower to heat 220 v , 0:25 HP ( 1.5 knots ) , the number of 10 pieces drying rack with a length of 120 cm , width 100 cm . Dryer foot 40 cm high . Materials angle iron frame dryer 4x4 cm and outer wall wear plate with a size of 2 mm and a wall in the dryer wear steel plate with a size of 1 mm . Based on the evaluation of the performance test results obtained by the tool ; 6 hours long drying process , the temperature of the drying chamber 40 OC , the volume of the dryer 30 kg , and the need for fuel coconut shell 18 kg for 6 hours . The drying process by using a blower faster due to the spread of heat in the drying chamber more evenly , so that the water vapor in the crackers quickly lost through ventilation holes in the top of the dryer .
