Abstract

ABSTRAKPenambahan superplasticizer kedalam campuran beton geopolimer memiliki peranan penting untuk kemudahan pekerjaan. Akan tetapi, kualitas beton geopolimer tersebut harus tetap terjaga. Beton geopolimer merupakan beton tanpa semen dengan bahan pengganti semen harus berupa pengikat material yang mengandung silika dan alumunium yang tinggi seperti fly ash. Jenis fly ash yang digunakan pada penelitian yaitu fly ash Suralaya 1 dan Suralaya 2. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kadar superplasticizer PCE terhadap sifat mekanik beton geopolimer yaitu slump flow, nilai pantul, cepat rambat gelombang, kuat tekan, kuat tarik belah, kuat tarik lentur, dan modulus elastisitas. Kadar superplasticizer PCE yang digunakan kadar 0,5%; 1,0%; 1,5%; dan 2,0%. Hasil dari penelitian diketahui bahwa kadar superplasticizer PCE optimum adalah 0,5% sampai 1,0% untuk beton geopolimer karena beton mendapatkan flow yang paling mengalir dan mutu dari sifat mekanik beton geopolimer yang baik.Kata kunci: beton geopolimer, superplasticizer PCE, slump flow, uji destruktif, uji non-destruktif ABSTRACTThe Addition of superplasticizer into geopolimer concrete mix  has an important role to improve the workability of concrete. However, the quality of the geopolimer concrete must always be maintenad. Geopolomer concrete is a concrete without cement where it can be replaced with binder material with high silica and alumunium content such as fly ash. The variant of fly ash used in this study is fly ash Suralaya 1 and Suralaya 2. The study was conducted to determine the effect of dosage PCE superplasticizer on mechanical properties of geopolymer concrete which is slump flow, rebound number, pulse velocity, compressive strength, splitting, flexural, and modulus elasticity. Dosage of PCE superplasticizer used 0,5%; 1,0%; 1,5%; dan 2,0%. The results of the study can be conclusion that the optimum dosage is 0,5-1,0% which best flow and best mechanical properties.Keywords: geopolimer concrete, superplasticizer PCE, slump flow, destructive test, nondestructive test
