Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the positive and significant relationship between pedagogical competencies of the special assistant teacher with Indonesian learning result of the slow learning children at Inclusive Elementary Schools in Metro City. This type of research is ex-postfacto correlation.  The population is 52 teachers and the research sample is 40 teachers. Data collection tools are questionnaire observation, documentation studies, and interviews. Analysis of he data used is product moment correlation. Based on the research data analysis it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between pedagogic competencies of the special assistant teacher with the results of learning Indonesian children slow learning. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi Guru Pendamping Khusus (GPK) dengan hasil belajarBahasa Indonesia anak lamban belajar di SD Inklusif kota Metro. Jenis penelitian ini adalahex-postfacto korelasi. Populasi berjumlah 52 guru dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 orang guru. Alat pengumpul data yaitu observasi, angket studi dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik GPK dengan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia anak lamban belajar. Kata kunci: GPK, hasil belajar, kompetensi pedagogik, lamban belajar.
