Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine the effect of ticket prices, tourist facilities, tourist service quality on consumer satisfaction in Grand Maerakaca Semarang. The sample used was 70 respondents with accidental sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of testing hypothesis 1 (H1) show ticket prices have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Hypothesis 2 (H2) shows that tourism facilities have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Hypothesis 3 (H3) shows that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Ticket Prices, Tourist Facilities, Quality of Tourist Services, Consumer Satisfaction ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh harga tiket, fasilitas wisata, kualitas jasa wisata terhadap kepuasan konsumen Grand Maerakaca Semarang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 70 responden dengan methode accidental sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis 1 (H1) menunjukan harga tiket berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hipotesis 2 (H2) menunjukkan fasilitas wisata berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen . hipotesis 3 (H3) menunjukkan kualitas jasa berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kata kunci: Harga Tiket, Fasilitas Wisata, Kualitas Jasa Wisata, Kepuasan Konsumen
