<![CDATA[The research was carried out in Banu-Banua Jaya Village, Langke Village, Loji Village, Malalanda Village, Linsowu Village, Bone Lipu Village, Rombo Village, Ulunambo Village, and Lelamo Village Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis namely Productivity as Y and Capital X1, Labor X2.               The results of this study can be explained that the correlation coefficient of the independent variable (Capital X1 and Labor X2) obtained R = 0.599 Positively explains that there is a significant relationship between the independent variable (X) to Productivity (Y) with a close relationship of 59.9%, due if capital and labor are good, productivity will increase, and vice versa.Simultaneous test results obtained by the value of Fcount = 7.542 while Ftable is F (0.05) = 3,34 thus Fcount> Ftable (7.542> 3,34), it can be concluded that the decision is H0 rejected and H1 accepted at the level of 95% meaning that the variable capital (X1), and labor (X2) simultaneously influence productivity (Y) in the broiler business in the study area.The partial test results for the variable capital value tcount > ttable (3.772> 2.051). Then H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, so capital has a partially effect on the productivity of broilers, while for labor variables tcount > ttable (2.718> 2.051). then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, so labor has a partially effect on the productivity of broilers. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Banu-Banua Jaya, Desa Langke, Desa Loji, Desa Malalanda, Desa Linsowu, Desa Bone Lipu, Desa Rombo, Desa Ulunambo, dan Desa Lelamo Kecamatan Kulisusu Kabupaten Buton Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda yaitu Produktivitas sebagai Y dan Modal X1, Tenaga Kerja X2.               Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa koefesien korelasi variabel independen (Modal X1 dan Tenaga Kerja X2) diperoleh R = 0.599 secara Positif menjelaskan terdapat hubungan yang cukup berarti antara variabel independen (X) terhadap Produktivitas (Y) dengan keeratan hubungan 59,9 %, dikarenakan apabila modal dan tenaga kerja bagus maka Produktivitas akan meningkat, bergitu juga sebaliknya.               Hasil pengujian secara simultan diperoleh nilai Fhitung = 7,542 sedangkan Ftabel adalah F(0,05) = 3,34 dengan demikian Fhitung > Ftabel (7,542 > 3,34), maka dapat disimpulkan keputusannya adalah H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima pada taraf 95% artinya bahwa variabel modal (X1), dan tenaga kerja (X2) berpengaruh simultan terhadap produktivitas (Y) pada usaha ternak ayam pedaging di area penelitian.Hasil pengujian secara parsial untuk variabel modal nilai thitung > ttabel (3,772 >2.051). Maka H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima, sehingga modal berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap produktivitas usaha ternak ayam pedaging, sedangkan untuk variabel tenaga kerja nilai thitung > ttabel (2,718 > 2.051). maka H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima, sehingga tenaga kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap produktivitas usaha ternak ayam pedaging.Kata Kunci : Produktivitas, Modal dan Tenaga Kerja]]>
