<![CDATA[Abstrak Pendahuluan; Metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang seperti implan adalah metode kontrasepsi paling efektif yang tahan lama, efisien, nyaman dan biayanya relatif murah dibandingkan non-MKJP. MJKP sayangnya kurang diminati masyarakat. Tujuan; Tujuan penelitian ini untuk faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya pengguna KB implant pada wanita pasangan usia subur di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Belawan tahun 2019. Metode; Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain deskriptif untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya penggunaan  KB implant. Lokasi penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Belawan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah  jumlah PUS di Puskesmas belawan sebanyak 13.076 PUS dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 orang berdasarkan perhitungan dengan rumus Slovin. Hasil; Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan  uji statistik chi square diketahui bahwa pendidikan (p=0,021), tingkat ekonomi (p=0,000), sumber informasi (p=0,003), pengetahuan (p=0,001), sikap (p=0,000), dan dukungan suami (p=0.002) terhadap rendahnya penggunaan KB Implant pada wanita pasangan usia subur. Kesimpulan; Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini ada hubungan umur, pendidikan, tingkat ekonomi, sumber informasi, pengetahuan sikap, dan dukungan suami dengan rendahnya penggunaan KB Implant pada wanita pasangan usia subur di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Belawan. Kata Kunci : Umur, Pendidikan, Pendapatan Keluarga, Sumber Informasi, Pengetahuan, Sikap, Dukungan Suami dan KB Implant. Abstract Background; Long-term contraceptive methods such as implants are the most effective contraceptive method that is long-lasting, efficient, comfortable and relatively inexpensive compared to non-MKJP. MJKP is unfortunately not very attractive to the public. Objectives;The purpose of this study is for factors that affect the low number of users of implant KB in women of childbearing age in the Belawan Community Health Center in 2019. Method; The research design used in this study is a descriptive design to find out the factors that influence the low use of implant KB. The location of this research will be carried out in the working area of Belawan Health Center. The population in this study is the number of EFAs in Belawan Health Center as many as 13,076 EFAs with a total sample of 99 people based on calculations with the Slovin formula. Data collection using a questionnaire.Results; Based on the results of research with chi square statistical tests it is known that education (p = 0,021), economic level (p = 0,000), sources of information (p = 0,003), knowledge (p = 0,001), attitudes (p = 0,000), and husband’s support (p = 0,002)  towards the low use of family planning Implants in women of childbearing age.
