<![CDATA[Jumlah pencari kerja dari tahun ke tahun meningkat, namun tak selalu berbanding luruh dengan jumlah kesempatan kerja yang tersedia atau mampu disediakan oleh pemerintah (pusat maupun daerah). Di sisi lain, lulusan yang telah dihasilkan lembaga pendidikan dari tingkat menengah sampai perguruan tinggi, baik secara formal maupun non formal secara faktual juga mengalami peningkatan. Namun para lulusan ini sebagian besar masih berparadigma mencari pekerjaan daripada berpikir untuk menciptakan pekerjaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut yang menjadi permasalahan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh tingkat pendidikan orang tua dan hasil belajar pelajaran ekonomi terhadap sikap mental berwirausaha siswa kelas XII IPS SMAN 3 Pontianak ? Untuk menjawab pertanyaan ini peneliti telah dlakukan penelitian di sekolah yang bersangkutan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui terhadap responden yang diteliti (siswa kelas XII IPS): (1) pengaruh parsial tingkat pendidikan orang tua terhadap sikap mental berwirausaha, (2) pengaruh hasil belajar pelajaran ekonomi terhadap sikap mental berwirausaha, (3) pengaruh variabel tingkat pendidikan orang tua apakah lebih dominan daripada variabel hasil belajar pelajaran ekonomi yang berpengaruh terhadap sikap mental berwirausaha, (4) pengaruh simultan tingkat pendidikan orang tua dan hasil belajar pelajaran ekonomi terhadap sikap mental berwirausaha, dan (5) seberapa besar pengaruh tingkat pendidikan orang tua dan hasil belajar pelajaran ekonomi terhadap sikap mental berwirausaha siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dideskripsikan secara naratif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sampel total berjumlah 55 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan komunikasi tidak langsung. Alat pengumpul data digunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik dan analisis data digunakan regresi ganda dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% (α = 0,05) atau kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positip tingkat pendidikan orang tua dan hasil belajar pelajaran ekonomi terhadap sikap mental berwirausaha siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak sebesar 25.3 %.(katagori kurang). Secara parsial tingkat pendidikan orang tua terhadap sikap mental berwirausaha siswa berpengaruh hanya sebesar 38,5 %, dan hasil belajar pelajaran ekonomi berpengaruh terhadap sikap mental berwiraausaha siswa juga hanya sebesar 11,6 %. Dengan demikian, variabel tingkat pendidikan orang tua lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap sikap mental berwirausaha daripada hasil belajar pelajaran ekonomi. Abstract:The number of job seekers has increased from year to year, but not always directly proportional with the number of employment opportunities available or able to be provided by the government (central and local). On the other hand, graduates from educational institutions have been resulted from secondary to college level, both formally and non-formally in fact also increase. However, most of these graduates still have paradigm looking for job rather than think creating jobs. Based on that, a common problem in this research is how The Effect of Parents Education Level and Learning Outcomes from Economics Lesson Toward Entrepreneurship Stance of class XII students SMA 3 Pontianak?.For answering this question, researcher is doing research at the school. The purpose of this study is to determine the respondents researched (students of class XII IPS): (1) the partial effect of parents education level toward entrepreneurship stance (2) the effect of learning outcomes from economics lesson toward entrepreneurship stance (3) the effect of parents educational level variable ,is it more dominant than the learning outcomes of economics lesson variables toward entrepreneurship stance (4) simultaneous effect of parents education level and economic lessons learning outcomes toward entrepreneurship stance and (5) how big the effect of parents education level and learning outcomes of economics lesson toward entrepreneurship stance of students class XII SMA 3 Pontianak. This research used a quantitative approach and is described narratively. The sample of this research total was 55 students. Data was collected by indirect communication. Data collection tool used questionnaires and documentation. Techniques and data analysis used multiple regression with an error rate of 5% (α = 0.05) or level of confidence 95%. The research result proves in simultaneously there is a positive effect of parents education level and learning outcomes of the economics lessons toward entrepreneurship stance of students class XII IPS 3 Pontianak SMA by 25,3%. Partially, parents education level of students toward enterpreneurship stance takes effect only 38,5%, and the learning outcomes of the economic lessons affect sentrepreneurship stance of students also only at 11,6%. Thus, the variable of parents education level is more dominant than learning outcomes of the economic lessons toward Entrepreneurship Stance of Students SMA 3 Pontianak.
