<![CDATA[Abstrak Pemanfaatan webinar (website seminar) selama masa pandemi Covid-19 ini sedang marak diikuti berbagai kalangan. Webinar yang efektif diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif yang bermanfaat bagi kemajuan pembelajaran di era pandemi ini. Penulis melakukan riset ini dengan maksud untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat memberikan pengaruh dalam efektivitas webinar. Riset ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hipotesis yang diajukan diuji menggunakan teknik analisis linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis didapatkan hasil bahwa kualitas jaringan internet memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas webinar. Sementara itu, metode webinar, materi webinar, dan kualitas narasumber tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas webinar Abstract The implementation of webinars (website seminars) during Covid-19 pandemic is currently being attended by various groups. An effective webinar is expected to have positive impact that will benefit the progress of learning in this pandemic era. The purpose of this research is to understandzthezfactorszthat can affectzthe effectiveness of the webinar. This research utilizes an associative method with a quantitative approach, where hypothesis testing through multiple linear analysis technique used in this study. The results of hypothesis testing show that the quality of the internet network has played a major impact on the effectiveness of the webinar. Meanwhile webinar method, webinar material, and resource quality do not play a significant impact on the effectiveness of webinar.]]>
