PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN PROMOSI ONLINE MENGGUNAKAN DIGITAL MARKETING

Abstract

Abstrak: Mitra pengabdian adalah Bapak A.A. Manik, seorang pengusaha yang menjual Lawar Bali. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, promosi yang dilakukan mitra berupa promosi dari mulut ke mulut dan mengandalkan penjualan keliling. Kegiatan untuk PKM ini dimulai dari sosialisasi kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan digital marketing dan ditutup oleh evaluasi kegiatan. Sosialisasi dilakukan dengan membahas mengenai kegiatan apa yang akan dilakukan. Kegiatan kedua yaitu pelatihan Digital Marketing diberikan materi mengenai pengertian, manfaat dan keunggulan Digital Marketing dibandingkan cara konvensional, strategi meningkatkan pemasaran dengan Digital Marketing dan cara memulai Digital Marketing. Kegiatan terakhir yaitu evaluasi, dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar mitra merasa kegiatan ini bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan promosi mereka kedepannya. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan memberikan penilaian meliputi pemahaman mengenai Digital Marketing, Platform untuk Digital Marketing dan Pemasaran dengan Digital Marketing. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara terhadap penguasaan materi Digital Marketing diketahui bahwa peserta sudah mencapai 90% penguasaan terhadap materi. Luaran yang dihasilkan dalam pengabdian ini adalah adanya peningkatan daya saing berupa peningkatan promosi.Abstract: The service partner is Mr. A.A. Manik, a businessman who sells Balinese Lawar. Based on the results of interviews, promotions carried out by partners are in the form of word of mouth promotion and rely on mobile sales. Activities for this PKM started with socialization of activities followed by digital marketing training and closed by evaluation of activities. Socialization is done by discussing what activities will be carried out. The second activity, namely Digital Marketing training, was given material on the understanding, benefits and advantages of Digital Marketing compared to conventional methods, strategies to improve marketing with Digital Marketing and how to start Digital Marketing. The last activity, namely evaluation, was carried out to find out how much partners felt this activity was useful to improve their promotion in the future. The evaluation is carried out by providing an assessment including an understanding of Digital Marketing, Platforms for Digital Marketing and Marketing with Digital Marketing. Based on the results of interviews on the mastery of Digital Marketing material, it is known that the participants have achieved 90% mastery of the material. The output produced in this service is an increase in competitiveness in the form of increased promotions.
