<![CDATA[Abstrak: Menurut Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) pada tahun 2010, sekitar 1,5 juta bayi 0-6 bulan meninggal karena pemberian makanan tambahan sebelum waktunya. Pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Indonesia sekitar 52%, angka ini belum mencapai target program Kementerian Kesehatan tahun 2014 sebesar 80%. Dalam kondisi pandemi, ibu menyusui merasa minder apakah positif corona atau tidak. Hal ini menimbulkan masalah bagi ibu yang ragu atau khawatir apakah ASI ibu masih aman untuk diberikan kepada bayinya. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan kader tentang cara memberikan ASI kepada ibu menyusui yang positif COVID-19 menggunakan media secara online. Ilmu yang diperoleh kader dalam kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan mengubah perilaku masyarakat tentang cara menyusui ibu yang positif Covid-19. Dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilakukan, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan yang cukup signifikan tentang ASI eksklusif bagi Kader kesehatan setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan  Abstract: According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2010, 1.5 million infants 0-6 months died due to premature feeding. Breastfeeding (exclusive breastfeeding) in Indonesia is around 52%, this figure has not reached the 2014 Ministry of Health program target of 80%. In a pandemic, breastfeeding mothers feel inferior whether they are positive for Corona or not. This creates problems for mothers who are unsure or worried about whether mother's milk is still safe to give to their babies. This community service aims to increase the knowledge of cadres on how to give breast milk to breastfeeding mothers who are positive for COVID-19 using online media. The knowledge gained by cadres in this activity is expected to provide knowledge and change people's behavior about how to breastfeed mothers who are positive for Covid-19. From the results of community service activities that have been carried out, there has been a significant increase in knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding for mothers with COVID-19 after being promotion. ]]>
