Pengaruh Pajanan Gelombang Telepon Seluler terhadap Struktur Histologi Hipokampus pada Mencit (Mus musculus)

Abstract

The aims of this research is to observe the effect of celluler telephone wave radiation toward centre of memory with measuring the thickness of layer CAI lamina pyramidalis hippocampus. It was experimental research, using mice (Mus musculus) strain Balb-C, 3 months, ± 30g body weight. Mice divided into 4 groups such as K (control), PI (exposure of telephone celluler wave type GSM monophonic), P2 (exposure of telephone celluler wave type GSM polyphonic), P3 (exposure of telephone celluler wave type CDMA). The treatment group were given exposure of telephone celluler wave by placing them near to the active telephone celluler which is in calling position for ± 120 minutes in a days for 30 day. In 31 days, mice were decapitated, its brain were taken and made histological preparation. Microscopic observation by measuring the thickness of layer CAI lamina pyramidalis hippocampus. The result was analyzed by one way Anava continued by Tukey test. The result showed that the thickness of layer CAI lamina pyramidalis in treatment group was larger than the control group (p0,05). It is concluded that celluler telephone wave radiation has an effect to increase the centre of memory.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pajanan radiasi gelombang telepon seluler terhadap memori dengan mengukur ketebalan lapisan CAI lamina pyramidalis hipokampus. Penelitian eksperimental ini menggunakan hewan uji mencit (Mus musculus) jantan galur Balb-C 20 ekor, umur 3 bulan, berat badan ± 30 gram. Mencit dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok, yaitu kelompok K (kontrol), P1 (terpajan gelombang telepon seluler jenis GSM monophonic), P2 (terpajan gelombang telepon seluler jenis GSM polyphonic), dan P3 (terpajan gelombang telepon seluler jenis CDMA). Kelompok perlakuan diberi pajanan gelombang telepon seluler dengan meletakkannya di dekat telepon seluler yang sedang aktif menelpon selama ± 120 menit perhari selama 30 hari. Pada hari ke-31 hewan uji dibedah, diambil otaknya kemudian dibuat preparat histologi. Pengamatan dilakukan dengan mengukur ketebalan lapisan CA1 lamina pyramidalis hipokampus. Data dianalisis dengan metode Anova 1 jalan dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketebalan lapisan CA1 lamina pyramidalis mencit yang diberi perlakuan lebih besar bila dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Dalam perhitungan statistik nilai signifikasi 0,000 (p0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa antara kelompok perlakuan radiasi gelombang telepon seluler dan kelompok kontrol berbeda secara bermakna, khususnya pada kelompok P3. Ini sekaligus membuktikan bahwa radiasi elektromagnetik mempunyai efek meningkatkan memori.
