<![CDATA[Perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan harus senantiasa menjunjung tinggi kode etik keperawatan sebagai bentuk tanggung jawabnya baik terhadap pasien, tanggung jawabnya terhadap teman sejawat atau profesi lainnya, maupun tanggung jawabnya terhadap organisasi profesinya (PPNI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk penerapan kode etik dari aspek tanggung jawabnya terhadap pelayanan keperawatan baik terhadap pasien, teman sejawat atau profesi lainnya maupun terhadap organisasi profesinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penarikan sampel metode nonprobability sampling dengan cara sampel jenuh (total sampling). Pengujian analisis dengan uji regresi linier, Uji statistik t Parsial dan Uji F hitung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya Pengaruh Penerapan Kode Etik pasien terhadap Pelayanan Keperawatan dengan nilai sig 0,01 < 0,05 , sedangkan Penerapan Kode Etik teman sejawat/profesi lainnya (nilai sig 0,78 > 0,05) dan Penerapan Kode Etik Organisasi Profesi PPNI (nilai sig 0,32 > 0,05) sehingga tidak ada pengaruh terhadap Pelayanan Keperawatan. Kata kunci: kode etik klien, kode etik teman sejawat, kode etik organisasi profesi, pelayanan keperawatan THE EFFECT OF IMPLEMENTATION OF NURSING CODE OF ETHICSNURSING SERVICES ABSTRACT Nurses in providing nursing services must always uphold the nursing code of ethics as a form of responsibility both for patients, their responsibilities to peers or other professions, as well as their responsibilities to professional organizations (PPNI). This study aims to determine the form of the application of the code of ethics from aspects of responsibility for nursing services both to patients, colleagues or other professions as well as to the professional organization. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Sampling nonprobability sampling method by means of saturated samples (total sampling). Test analysis with linear regression test, Partial t statistical test and F test count. The results showed the influence of the application of the patient's Code of Ethics to Nursing Services with a sig value of 0.01 < 0.05, while the application of the Code of Ethics of colleagues / other professions (sig value of 0.78 > 0.05) and the Application of the Professional Code of Ethics for the PPNI Professional Organization (sig value 0.32 > 0.05) so that there is no influence on Nursing Services.
