<![CDATA[ABSTRACTAttitude is one of the determinants of farmer's behavior towards an innovation. This study aims to: 1) determine the attitude of farmers in the application of Rhizobakteri, 2) knowing the relationship between internal factors and external factors with the attitude of farmers in the application of Rhizobakteri. This research was carried out in February-May 2018 in Puhjarak Village, Plemahan Subdistrict, Kediri Regency, East Java Province. The method used is a quantitative survey method. Research respondents were 59 people who were shallots farmers. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics and correlation Pearson Product Moment statistics. The results of the study showed that farmers' attitudes were at the rate of 52.5%, while internal factors and external factors have a relationship with the attitude of farmers in the application of Rhizobakteri on shallots. ABSTRAKSikap adalah salah satu faktor penentu prilaku petani terhadap suatu inovasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk: 1) mengetahui sikap petani dalam pengaplikasian Rhizobakteri, 2) mengetahui hubungan antara faktor internal dan faktor eksternal dengan sikap petani dalam pengaplikasian Rhizobakteri. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari-Mei 2018 di Desa Puhjarak, Kecamatan Plemahan, Kabupaten Kediri, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitaif.
