VALIDASI PENENTUAN KALIUM (K) DALAM SAMPEL AIR MENGGUNAKAN FLAME FOTOMETER

Abstract

Pengukuran kadar kalium dalam air keran dengan menggunakan metode flame fotometri dan validasi metode flame fotometri telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Validasi dilakukan di Laboratorium Air, Pusat Air Tanah dan Geologi Tata Lingkungan Bandung. Parameter uji untuk validasi meliputi linearitas, akurasi, presisi, limit deteksi dan limit kuantitasi. Hasil penentuan parameter validasi diperoleh linearitas yang baik, ditunjukkan dengan  nilai koefisien korelasi 0,9998, limit deteksi sebesar 3,681 mg/l, limit kuantitas sebesar 12,27 mg/l, presisi yang baik ditunjukkan dengan % RSD sebesar 1,139%, akurasi yang baik ditunjukkan dengan nilai % recovery sebesar 103,88%, berdasarkan uji t dan uji F.
