Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada Industri Kreatif di Jakarta. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 51 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah PLS-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and job satisfaction on employee loyalty in the Creative Industry in Jakarta. The number of samples used in the study were 51 respondents. The sampling method used non-probability sampling with purposive technique. The data analysis method in this study is PLS-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study concluded that the work environment had a positive effect on employee loyalty and job satisfaction had a positive effect on employee loyalty.
