Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) To study the Entrepreneurship Orientation research on the Financial Performance of MSME Businesses in the City of Bogor. (2) To determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education on Financial Performance of MSME Businesses in the City of Bogor. The sample was selected using a quantitative method chosen by 80 respondents who owned an MSME business in Bogor City. The results show a positive and significant commitment to financial business on business performance and entrepreneurship education supporting a positive and significant impact on MSME business performance in Bogor City.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Orientasi Kewirausahaan terhadap Kinerja Finansial Bisnis UMKM di Kota Bogor. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Edukasi Kewirausahaan terhadap Kinerja Finansial Bisnis UMKM di Kota Bogor. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode kuantitatif berjumlah 80 responden pemiliki usaha UMKM di Kota Bogor. Hasil menunjukan orientasi kewirausahaan secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja finansial bisnis dan edukasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja finansial bisnis UMKM di Kota Bogor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out about the influence of self control, financial literacy, parental socialization can affect saving behaviour. This study uses the generation Z at Jakarta as many as 219 respondents and analyzed with SmartPLS 3.2.8. Those samples are collected with google form and use convenience sampling method. The results of this study indicate that self control, financial literacy and parental socialization can affect saving behavior and all of these variable have positive relationship toward saving behaviour.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kontrol diri, literasi keuangan dan sosialisasi orang tua terhadap perilaku menabung. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yaitu pada generasi Z di Jakarta sebanyak 219 responden dan dianalisa dengan SmartPLS 3.2.8. Sampel diperoleh melalui google form dan pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik convenience sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kontrol diri, literasi keuangan dan sosialisasi orang tua memiliki pengatruh terhadap perilaku menabung dan seluruh variabel memiliki hubungan yang positif terhadap perilaku menabung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, leadership, and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at PT Superpoly Industry in Jakarta. This research was conducted by probability sampling method with a type of simple random sampling. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 88 employees of PT Superpoly Industry. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that motivation, leadership, and organizational commitment significantly influence the job satisfaction of PT Superpoly Industry in JakartaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Superpoly Industry di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 88 karyawan PT Superpoly Industry. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Smart PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja PT Superpoly Industry di Jakarta.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of corporate governance mechanism and corporate social responsibility to financial performance. This study consists of four independent variables, one mediating variable, and three dependent variables, namely the proportion of independent board of commissioners, institutional ownership, audit committee, and corporate social responsibility as an independent variabel, earnings management as a mediating variable, and ROA, EPS, and Tobin;s Q as the dependent variable. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The sample in this study are 19 manufacturing company which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 until 2019 who selected through purposive sampling method. The result of this study are the proportion of independent board of commissioners and institutional ownership not significant negative effect on earnings management, the audit committee has a significant positive effect on earnings management, corporate social responsibility has no significant positive effect on earnings management, corporate governance mechanisms do not have a significant negative effect on ROA, the proportion of independent commissioners and institutional ownership did not have a significant negative effect on EPS, the audit committee did not have a significant positive effect on EPS, corporate governance mechanisms did not have a significant positive effect on Tobin's Q, corporate social responsibility did not have a significant negative effect on financial performance, earnings management does not have a significant negative effect on ROA, earnings management has a significant negative effect on Tobin's Q, earnings management does not have a significant positive effect mut on EPS, governance mechanisms per business have a positive effect on ROA and EPS mediated by earnings management, corporate governance mechanisms negatively affect Tobin's Q mediated by earnings management, and corporate social responsibility has a positive effect on mediated financial performance by earnings management.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Mekanisme Tata Kelola Perusahaan dan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Penelitian ini terdiri dari empat variabel independen, satu variabel mediasi, dan tiga variabel dependen, yaitu proporsi dewan komisaris independen, kepemilikan institusional, komite audit, dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan sebagai variabel independen, manajemen laba sebagai variabel mediasi, dan ROA, EPS, dan Tobin’s Q sebagai variabel dependen. Metode riset yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 19 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari 2017 sampai 2019 yang ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah proporsi dewan komisaris independen dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap manajemen laba, komite audit berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap manajemen laba, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap manajemen laba, Mekanisme tata kelola perusahaan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap ROA, proporsi dewan komisaris independen dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap EPS, komite audit berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap EPS, mekanisme tata kelola perusahaan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Tobin’s Q, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, manajemen laba berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap ROA, manajemen laba berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Tobin’s Q, manajemen laba berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap EPS, mekanisme tata kelola perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap ROA dan EPS dimediasi oleh manajemen laba, mekanisme tata kelola perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap Tobin’s Q dimediasi oleh manajemen laba, dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan dimediasi oleh manajemen laba.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of capital structure, profitability, activity ratio (TATO) on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study was analyzed using a panel data regression tool with 21 companies in the 2014-2019 period, producing 126 data observation. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The data used in the form of secondary data, namely financial statements. Data processing using the application e-views 11. The results of this study indicate that profitability and activity ratios (TATO) significantly influence the value of the company. However, capital structure has no significant effect on firm value.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh struktur modal, profitabilitas, rasio aktivitas (TATO) terhadap nilai perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan alat regresi data panel dengan 21 perusahaan pada periode 2014-2019, menghasilkan 126 data observasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purpossive sampling. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan.Pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi e-views 11. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan rasio aktivitas (TATO) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Tetapi, struktur modal berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine whether 1) Brand experience and brand image can predict brand loyalty of Adidas shoes in Jakarta. 2) brand experience and brand image can predict brand trust of Adidas shoes in Jakarta. 3) brand trust can predict brand loyalty of Adidas shoes in Jakarta. 4) brand trust mediates the prediction brand experience and brand image on brand loyalty of Adidas shoes in Jakarta. The sample in this study was 150 respondents in Jakarta who was selected by using the convenience sampling method. The result of this study show that 1) brand experience can positively predict the brand loyalty of Adidas shoes in Jakarta. While brand image cannot positively predict Adidas shoes in Jakarta. 2) Brand experience and brand image can positively predict brand trust of Adidas shoes in Jakarta. 3) Brand trust can positively predict the brand loyalty of Adidas shoes in Jakarta. 4) Brand trust can positively mediate brand experience on brand loyalty of Adidas shoes in Jakarta. While brand trust cannot positively mediate brand image on brand loyalty of Adidas shoes in Jakarta.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menguji apakah 1) brand experience dan brand image dapat memprediksi brand loyalty sepatu Adidas di Jakarta. 2) brand experience dan brand image dapat memprediksi brand trust sepatu Adidas di Jakarta. 3) brand trust dapat memprediksi brand loyalty sepatu Adidas di Jakarta. 4) brand trust memediasi prediksi brand experience dan brand image terhadap brand loyalty sepatu Adidas di Jakarta. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 150 responden di Jakarta yang dipilih menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil berupa 1) brand experience dapat memprediksi secara positif terhadap brand loyalty sepatu Adidas di Jakarta. Sementara brand image tidak dapat memprediksi secara positif terhadap brand loyalty sepatu Adidas di Jakarta. 2) brand experience dan brand image dapat memprediksi secara positif terhadap brand trust sepatu Adidas di Jakarta. 3) brand trust dapat memprediksi secara positif terhadap brand loyalty sepatu Adidas di Jakarta. 4) brand trust dapat memediasi prediksi secara positif brand experience terhadap brand loyalty sepatu Adidas di Jakarta, sedangkan brand trust tidak dapat memediasi prediksi secara positif brand image terhadap brand loyalty sepatu Adidas di Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine whether 1) perceived price can effect repurchase intention. 2) perceived price can effect word of mouth. 3) country of origin can effect repurchase intention. 4) word of mouth can effect repurchase intention. 5) word of mouth mediates the effect perceived price on repurchase intention. Sample was selected using convenience sampling method amounted to 200 respondents. The result of this study show that perceived price and country of origin have not significant influence on repurchase intention, perceived price has significant influence on word of mouth, word of mouth has significant influence on repurchase intention, and word of mouth mediates the influence of perceived price on repurchase intention.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah 1) perceived price dapat mempengaruhi repurchase intention. 2) perceived price dapat mempengaruhi word of mouth. 3) country of origin dapat mempengaruhi repurchase intention. 4) word of mouth dapat mempengaruhi repurchase intention. 5) word of mouth memediasi pengaruh perceived price terhadap repurchase intention. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode convenience sampling berjumlah 200 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived price dan country of origin tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, perceived price memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap word of mouth, word of mouth memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, dan word of mouth dapat memediasi pengaruh perceived price terhadap repurchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of financial behavior, financial attitude and financial knowledge towards financial satisfaction linkAja users. This study will examine LinkAja application users in West Jakarta as a sample. The sampling technique is done by using nonprobability sampling. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires online using Google Form and data were processed using smart-PLS program version 3.2.2, and the respondents obtained were 210 respondents. The results of this research indicate tha financial behavior and financial knowledge have a significant effect on financial satisfaction, while financial attitude do not affect financial satisfaction.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh perilaku keuangan, sikap keuangan dan pengetahuan keuangan terhadap kepuasan keuangan pengguna LinkAja. Penelitian ini akan meneliti pengguna aplikasi LinkAja yang berada di Jakarta Barat sebagai sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan nonprobability sampling dan jenis nonprobabilty sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online menggunakan bantuan google form dan data diolah menggunakan program Smart-PLS versi 3.3.2, dan responden yang diperoleh sejumlah 210 orang responden. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku dan pengetahuan keuangan berpengaruh signitifkan terhadap kepuasan keuangan, sedangkan sikap keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan keuangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial competence on the performance of culinary micro and small businesses in West Jakarta. This study took a sample of 75 companies and tested using SmartPLS 3.0. This study can explain that market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, and entrepreneurial competence have a significant influence on business performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh dari orientasi pasar, orientasi kewirausahaan dan kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha mikro kecil dan menengah kuliner di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 75 perusahaan dan diuji menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Abstract

this study aims to determine the influence of perceived organizational support on turnover intention through job satisfaction as mediating variable both indirectly or directly. The sample in this study were 75 employees of PT. Bank MNC at Jakarta Pusat, whom the majority are sales divition, a minimum sample is determine by using Hair’s formula which are the indicators times with five. The analysis method used is SmartPLS 3.2.8 resulting in Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a negative and not significant effect on turnover intention. Perceived organizational support has a negative and not significant effect on turnover intention. And perceived organizational support has a negative and not significant effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction as a mediating variable.
