Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetaui strategi layanan yang digunakan untuk mereduksi prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa dan keefektifitasan layanan konseling kelompok dalam mereduksi prokrastinasi siswa. Pada penelitian ini, diketahui beberapa strategi layanan konseling kelompok yang digunakan dalam mereduksi prokrastinasi akademik yang dialami siswa usia remaja yaitu Teknik Token Economy, Teknik Behavior Contract, Teknik Assertive Training, Teknik Self-Management, Teknik Cognitive Restructuring, Teknik Shaping, Teknik Self-Regulated Learning, Teknik Penguatan Positif, Konseling Kelompok Berfokus Solusi, Konseling Realita. Strategi layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik self-management tebukti paling efektif.
