Abstract

The research aimed to describe the learning process and learning result of Melinting dance by using peer tutor models in SMAN 07 Bandar lampung. The type of the research used was qualitative descriptive. Source data of the research from teacher and students. The data collection techniques were used by observation, interview, documentation, test practices and non test. There are 5 steps of the use of peer tutor in the learning models Melinting dance, those are, the teacher tells the purposed of learning, deliver material, divide of the students into groups and choose one of the students who have the ability to be a peer tutor, giving group assignments and evaluation. The result of learning Melinting dance using peer tutor model in SMAN 07 Bandar Lampung is 85 which is classified into very good score.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil pembelajaran tari Melinting menggunakan model tutor sebaya di SMA Negeri 07 Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, tes praktik dan nontes. Penggunaan model tutor sebaya dalam pembelajaran tari Melinting terdapat 5 langkah yaitu, guru menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran, menyampaikan materi, membagi siswa dalam kelompok dan memilih salah satu siswa yang memiliki kemampuan untuk menjadi tutor teman sebaya, memberi tugas kelompok dan evaluasi. Hasil pembelajaran tari Melinting menggunakan model tutor sebaya mendapat nilai 85 termasuk dalam kriteria baik sekali. Kata kunci : pembelajaran, tari Melinting, model tutor sebaya.
