The target vct service which is the risk and vulnerable groups got an examination hiv in vct unfortunately involvement of the risk in an activity vct still not maximum, it was because of consciousness that were lacking. The purpose of this research is knowing factor-factor affecting hiv patients in the participation of voluntary activities counseling and testing ( vct ) at the hospital x. The methodology with used design descriptive analytic research which is kind of research being done to analyze the relation between variables through the approach of cross sectional. The sample of the in this research as many as 282 patients visit into the service of vct hospital x .Logistic regression test results obtained is significant impact simultaneously age , work , the level of education , and sex to participation lsl and wps in the voluntary counseling and testing: hiv by because the value of p value chi-square of 0,000 in which lt; alpha 0.05 or value chi-square count 149,604 & gt; chi-square table 9,488.ABSTRAKJumlah kasus HIV di Indonesia setiap tahun mengalami peningkatan hal ini berdasarkan data Kemenkes RI tahun 2018. Salah satu upaya dalam strategi penanggulangan HIV/AIDS di Indonesia adalah melalui program pelayanan konseling serta testing HIV sukarela sehingga sangat diperlukan keikutsertaan/partsipasi kelompok resiko tinggi terhadap Voluntary Counselling and Testing-VCT (Kemenkes RI, 2014). Target layanan VCT yaitu kelompok berisiko dan kelompok rentan mendapat pemeriksaan HIV di VCT namun sayangnya keterlibatan kelompok resiko dalam kegiatan VCT masih belum maksimal, hal ini dikarenakan kesadaran yang masih kurang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pasien HIV Dalam Keikutsertaan Kegiatan Voluntary Counseling And Testing (VCT) Di RS X. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif analitik yaitu jenis penelitian yang dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel melaui pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 282 orang pasien yang berkunjung ke pelayanan VCT RS X. Hasil uji Logistic Regression didapatkan ada pengaruh signifikan secara simultan usia, pekerjaan, tingkat pendidikan, dan jenis kelamin terhadap Keikutsertaan LSL dan WPS Dalam Kegiatan Voluntary Counseling and Testing : HIV oleh karena nilai p value Chi-Square sebesar 0,000 di mana < Alpha 0,05 atau nilai ChiSquare Hitung 149,604 > Chi-Square tabel 9,488.]]>
