<![CDATA[This research was conducted at PT. XYZ, which is located in the Karawang area, West Java. PT. XYZ is a company that produces several automotive components whose production activities are divided into several processes such as casting, machining, stamping, lining bonding, painting, plating, and technical. But now PT. XYZ also produces several non-automotive components. This research was conducted to determine the system, work safety regulations and to know the application of work safety at PT. XYZ. The method used for research is a best practice method whose purpose is to describe the development process and follow a standard way of doing things that several organizations can use. The results of the study showed that the work safety rules applied were in accordance with government regulations, the implementation of work safety regulations that had been implemented was quite good but there were still some that had not been implemented]]>
