This  article  presents  the things  that  must bed  one  to prepare  by  teachers  for the learning process.  For  a  learning process, teachers should  prepare  some  things. Things to beprepared  by  teachers, among them,  making the school environmentbe  conducive,  the  use  of  appropriate  methods,  and  teacher  professional development.Keywords: teacher prepearing, learning process
