Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi hasil pengamatan dan penelitian oleh peneliti,bahwa seiring dengan era globalisasi perusahaan/instansi dituntut harus semakin cepat dan tanggap dalam mengantisipasi keadaan yang mungkin terjadi di masa depan. Salah satu faktor penting dalam mengelola data gaji pegawai, kenaikan pangkat dan kenaikan gaji pegawai. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana membangun suatu sistem informasi data gaji pegawai, kenaikan pangkat dan kenaikan gaji secara terkomputerisasi,  Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : Metode riset, Teknik Wawancara. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Merancang sistem data gaji pegawai,k enaikan pangkat dan kenaikan gaji pegawai menggunakan Logical Record Structure (LRS), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). kesimpulan dari hasil testi diketahui bahwa aplikasi yang dirancang sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan Data Gaji, Kenaikan Pangkat Struktural, Fungsional dan Kenaikan Gaji. Diharapkan website ini dapat mempermudah admin dalam mengelola data gaji pegawai dan membuat laporan pangkat dan juga laporan kenaikan gaji pegawai. Kata Kunci : Penggajian;Pegawai;Sistem; Abstrack : This research is based on the results of observations and research by researchers, that along with the era of globalization, companies/agencies are required to be faster and more responsive in anticipating conditions that may occur in the future. One of the important factors in managing employee salary data, promotions and salary increases Employees. The problems of this research are (1) How to build a computerized information system for employee salary data, promotions and salary increases? (2) The data collection methods used in this study are as follows: (1) Research methods. (2) Interview Techniques. The purpose of this study is to design a data system for employee salaries, promotions and salary increases using Logical Record Structure (LRS), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Based on the analysis and conclusions that have been carried out in this study, it is concluded from the test results that it is known that the application designed is in accordance with the needs of Salary Data, Structural Rank Promotion, Functional and Salary Increase. It is hoped that this website can make it easier for admins to manage employee salary data and make rank reports and also reports on employee salary increases.Keywords: Payroll; Employee; System;
