Hubungan Obesitas Dan Riwayat Keluarga Dengan Kejadian Mioma Uteri Di Ruang Poli Kandungan RSUD dr.H.Moch. Ansari Saleh banjarmasin Tahun 2016

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Salah satu gangguan kesehatan yang sering terjadi pada sistem reproduksi adalah mioma uteri. Di Indonesia 25-50% kematian wanita usia subur disebabkan masalah kehamilan dan persalinan serta penyakit sistem reproduksi misalnya mioma uteri. Rekam medik RSUD Dr.H.Moch Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin, kasus mioma uteri tahun 2014 sebanyak 245 kasus, 2015 sebanyak 224 kasus, dan 2016 meningkat menjadi 383 kasus. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan obesitas dan riwayat keluarga dengan kejadian mioma uteri di ruang Poli Kandungan RSUD Dr.H.Moch Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin tahun 2016. Metode: Metode penelitian menggunakan survei analitik pendekatan case control. Sampel sebanyak 178 responden, dengan systematic random sampling 1:1. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-square α=0,05. Hasil: Hasil analisa univariat dari 178 responden terdapat 89 (50,0%) mengalami mioma uteri, dengan obesitas dan mioma uteri 54 (64,3%), tidak obesitas dan tidak mioma uteri 59 (62,8%). Adapun yang memiliki riwayat keluarga dan mioma uteri 52 (65%), tidak memiliki riwayat keluarga dan tidak mioma uteri 61 (62,2%). Uji chi-square menunjukkan ρ=0,000, maka ada hubungan obesitas dengan kejadian mioma uteri dengan OR 3,034. Dan uji chi-square menunjukkan ρ=0,000, maka ada hubungan riwayat keluarga dengan kejadian mioma uteri dengan OR 3,062. Simpulan: Ada hubungan obesitas dan riwayat keluarga dengan kejadian mioma uteri di ruang Poli Kandungan RSUD Dr.H.Moch Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin tahun 2016. Kata Kunci: Mioma uteri, obesitas, riwayat keluarga.  ________________________________________________________________ Background: One of the most common health disorders in the reproductive system is uterine myoma. In Indonesia 25-50% of women childbearing age are due to pregnancy and delivery problems and reproductive system diseases such as uterine myoma. Medical record Gynaecology Poly Dr. RSUD. H. Moch Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin, recorded that number cases of uterine myoma in 2014 was 245 cases, In 2015 was 224 cases, then in 2016 increased 383 cases. Objective: Analysed the relation of obesity and family history with the uterine myoma incidence at Gynaecology Poly RSUD Dr.H.Moch Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin in 2016. Methods: The research method used analytical survey design with case control. The sample was 178 respondents, with systematic random sampling 1:1. The data analysed by Chi-square test and α = 0,05. Result: Univatiate analysis showed there were 89 respondents from 178 (50.0%) experiencing uterine myoma, obesity and uterine myoma 54 (64,3%), not obesity and not uterine myoma i59 (62.8%). While have family history and uterine myoma 52 (65%), and have not family history and not uterine myoma 61 (62.2%). The results of the statistical test chi square shows the value of ρ = 0.000 which means the value of ρ of α 0.05 then there was relationship between obesity with uterine myomas with the highest Odds ratio shows the value of 3.034. And the results of the statistical test chi square shows the value of ρ = 0. 000 which means the value of ρ of α, 0.05 then there was the relationship between a family history with uterine myoma with the value of the Odds ratio shows the value of 3.062. Conclusions: There are the relation of obesity and family history with uterine myoma incidence at Gynaecology Poly RSUD Dr.H.Moch Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin in 2016. Keywords: family history, obesity, uterine myoma
