<![CDATA[Latar Belakang: Kanker disebabkan oleh pertumbuhan sel-sel jaringan yang abnormal. Kanker payudara merupakan permasalahan utama kesehatan pada kalangan wanita. Salah satu penatalaksanaan utama pada penyakit kanker yaitu kemoterapi. Proses kemoterapi harus memiliki tingkat kepatuhan tinggi agar dapat menunjang keberhasilan terapi. Keberhasilan terapi akan meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien. Tujuan: penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang hubungan kepatuhan kemoterapi dengan kualitas hidup pasien kanker payudara. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan literature review, dalam pencarian literature bersumber dari tiga database (Pubmed, Doaj, Google Scholer), menggunakan kata kunci sesuai dengan tema. Hasil: Kepatuhan pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi dipengaruhi oleh tingkat stadium dan efek samping sistemik dari pengobatan. Kualitas hidup pasien kanker payudara dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor. Kualitas hidup pasien kanker payudara dapat ditingkatkan dengan pemberian edukasi. Pasien kanker payudara yang patuh menjalani kemoterapi memiliki kualitas hidup yang baik. Kesimpulan: adanya hubungan kepatuhan menjalani kemoterapi dengan kualitas hidup pasien kanker payudara. Rekomendasi: Diterapkannya sikap kepatuhan pada pasien kanker payudara dalam menjalani kemoterapi supaya dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien. Conclusion: There is a relationship who underwent chemotherapy with the quality of life of breast cancer patients.
