<![CDATA[Penyakit dermatitis adalah penyakit yang menyerang permukaan kulit yang disebabkan oleh jamur, virus, kuman, dan bakteri. Kejadian dermatitis petani sawit di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rumbai Bukit masih tinggi yaitu sebesar 21,3%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian dermatitis pada petani sawit. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian case control. Populasi sebanyak kasus:96 responden dan kontrol:354 responden dengan sampel berjumlah 160 responden, 80 responden kasus dan 80 responden kontrol. menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Rumbai Bukit Tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan, personal hygiene, dan alat pelindung diri dengan kejadian dermatitis pada petani sawit di Puskesmas Rumbai Bukit. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian dermatitis adalah pengetahuan (p value=0,008) dengan OR 95% CI 2,829 (1,359-5,888), personal hygiene (p value=0,003) dengan OR 95% CI 2,854 (1,461-5,574), dan alat pelindung diri (p value=0,033) dengan OR 95% CI 2,157 (1,115-4,171). Disarankan kepada pihak Puskesmas Rumbai Bukit untuk memberikan edukasi kepada petani sawit tentang pengetahuan dan cara hidup bersih sehat agar terhindar dari penyakit dermatitis.
