This research was Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was done in two (2) cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collecting technique was gained through non-test and test technique by using observation sheet to know the teacher performance and mastering the students’ science process skill and question test in order to find out the study result of students. The data was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis technique. Result of the research showed that the implementation of Guided Discovery model can increase the science process skill and study result of student.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui teknik non tes dan tes dengan menggunakan lembar observasi untuk mengetahui kinerja guru dan penguasaan keterampilan proses IPA siswa serta soal tes untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model guided discovery dapat meningkatkan keterampilan proses IPA dan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci : guided discovery, keterampilan proses, hasil.
