PENERAPAN STRATEGI INDEX CARD MATCH UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA

Abstract

This study aims to improve the activity and students' mathematics learning outcomes by applying active learning strategies the type of index cards match. This study uses classroom action research was conducted in three cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data analysis technique used is the qualitative and quantitative analysis. This was seen in the percentage of student learning activities in the first cycle of 47.11%, the second cycle of 58.91%, and the third cycle of 75.12%. The student learning outcomes in the first cycle of 59.67, the second cycle of 65.19, and the third cycle of 79.44. While mastery learning students first cycle of 55.56%, the second cycle of 66.67%, and the third cycle of 88.89%.Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar matematika siswa dengan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe index card match. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, setiap siklusnya terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa meningkat pada setiap siklusnya. Hal ini terlihat pada persentase aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 47,11%, siklus II 58,91%, dan siklus  III 75,12%. Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 59,67, siklus II 65,19, dan siklus III 79,44. Sedangkan ketuntasan belajar siswa siklus I sebesar 55,56%, siklus II 66,67%, dan siklus III 88,89%.Kata kunci: ICM, aktivitas, hasil.
