<![CDATA[The aims of this research are to increase the problem solving skill and the learning result of the students through the implementation of Problem Posing approach at the fourth grade of C class at state junior high school Metro Pusat, Metro city. The kind of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with planning, acting, observing, and reflecting step. Collecting the data use observation sheet to the problem solving data, and worksheet or test to the learning result data. The problem solving data is analyzed with the qualitative analyzes technique, whereas the learning result data analyzed with quantitative analyzes technique. The result of the research showed that the implementation of Problem Posing approach can increase the problem solving skill and the learning result of the students. This case can be seen from the average score of the students’ problem solving skill and the students’ learning result given categories very good.Tujuan penelitian adalah meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan pendekatan problem posing kelas IV C SD Negeri 06 Metro Pusat Kota Metro. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi untuk data kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan lembar tes untuk data hasil belajar. Data kemampuan pemecahan masalah dianalisis dengan teknik analisis kualitatif, sedangkan data hasil belajar dianalisis dengan teknik analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan problem posing dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan kategori sangat baik. Kata kunci: hasil belajar, pemecahan masalah, problem posing.]]>
