<![CDATA[This research aims to find out whether Work Discipline has a positive relationship with the Quality of Employee Services in the Population and Civil Registry Office of East Kutai Regency. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the Work Discipline variable and the Employee Service Quality variable in the Population and Civil Registry Office of East Kutai Regency. This can be known from the results of statistical tests where the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.587 which means there is a moderate and positive relationship between the two variables. Meanwhile, the results of the t test (t-test) showed that the empirical t produced was 4,183. This result when compared to the table of critical prices t for n – 2 is 1.734. This means that there is a significant relationship between the variables of Work Discipline to the Quality of Employee Service. Thus, it can also be said that the purpose of this research can be achieved, problems can be solved and hypotheses can be proven.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Disiplin Kerja mempunyai hubungan yang positif terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pegawai Pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Disiplin Kerja dengan variabel Kualitas Pelayanan Pegawai Pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil uji statistik dimana koefisien korelasi (r) adalah sebesar 0,587 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang sedang dan positif diantara kedua variabel. Sementara itu hasil uji t (t-test) menunjukkan bahwa t empiris yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 4,183. Hasil ini jika dibandingkan dengan tabel harga-harga kritis t untuk n – 2 adalah 1,734. Ini berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pegawai. Dengan demikian maka dapat dikatakan pula bahwa tujuan penelitian ini dapat tercapai, permasalahan dapat terpecahkan dan hipotesis dapat dibuktikan.]]>
