<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis kedudukan visum et repertum dalam proses pembuktian tindak pidana perkosaan di kota Makassar dan Untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan jenis tipe penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terhadap dua masalah yang telah diteliti, menunjukkan bahwa Kekuatan pembuktian visum et repertum dalam tindak pidana perkosaan adalah pada tingkat penyidikan kekuatan pembuktian Visum et Repertum salah satu alat bukti yang menguatkan atau dapat memfaktakan bahwa telah terjadi tindak pitindak pidana perkosaan. Faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi kekuatan pembuktian visum et repertum dalam tindak pidana perkosaan adalah faktor banyak dari korban mengalami trauma atau malu dalam hal menyampaikan tentang kejadian atau keterangan yang telah dialaminya dan faktor biaya dalam pemeriksaan hasil visum et repertum yang dimana tidak semua Rumah Sakit mengratiskan biaya pemeriksaan. The research objective is to analyze the position of visum et repertum in the proving process of rape crime in the city of Makassar and to determine the factors that influence it.
