<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis keabsahan perjanjian jual beli kosmetik secara online terhadap syarat sah nya perjanjian serta akibat hukum terhadap produk kosmetik yang dijual secara online apabila tidak memenuhi syarat sahnya perjanjian. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Keabsahan Jual Beli Kosmetik Secara Online dalam KUHPerdata, adalah tidak sah jika menurut Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata karena masih banyak ditemukannya penjual kosmetik online yang belum cakap hukum serta masih ditemukannya produk kosmetik online yang kandungannya tidak jelas.(2) akibat hukum dari Perjanjian Jual Beli Kosmetik Secara Online yang tidak memenuhi syarat sahnya perjanjian yaitu jika syarat subyektif tidak terpenuhi maka perjanjian tersebut dapat dibatalkan. Sedangkan, jika syarat obyektif tidak terpenuhi maka perjanjian tersebut batal demi hukum. The research objective is to analyze the validity of the online cosmetic sale and purchase agreement against the legal terms of the agreement and the legal consequences for cosmetic products sold online if they do not meet the valid terms of the agreement. This research is included in normative legal research. The results of this study indicate that (1) the legitimacy of buying and selling cosmetics online in the Civil Code is not valid according to Article 1320 of the Civil Code because there are still many online cosmetic sellers who are not legally competent and online cosmetic products with unclear content are still found. (2) the legal consequence of the Online Cosmetics Sale and Purchase Agreement that does not meet the valid terms of the agreement, namely if the subjective conditions are not met, the agreement can be canceled. Meanwhile, if the objective conditions are not met, the agreement is null and void.]]>
