<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Para Pihak Dalam Perjanjian Jual Beli Melalui Media E-Commerce terhadap perlindungan dari Konsumen dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Pendekatan yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah memggunakan tipe penelitian Hukum Empiris. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menyimpulkan bahwa Perlindungan hukum bagi para pihak dalam perjanjian jual beli melalui media internet meliputi perlindungan hukum dalam perjanjian dan perlindungan hukum di luar perjanjian. UUITE menambahkan suatu bentuk system pembuktian elektronik yaitu adanya tanda tangan elektronik (digital signature) yang merupakan suatu sistem pengamanan yang bertujuan untuk memastikan otentisitas dari suatu dokumen elektronik. Pelaksanaan jual beli melalui media internet terdiri dari empat proses, yaitu penawaran, penerimaan, pembayaran, dan pengiriman, namun masih ada faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya hambatan-hambatan dalam transaksi di internet, khususnya mengenai cacat produk, informasi dan webvertising yang tidak jujur atau keterlambatan pengiriman barang, dan umumnya mengenai pola pikir, minat, dan kultur atau budaya masyarakat Indonesia. The research objective is to analyze the legal protection for the parties in the sale and purchase agreement through the e-commerce media for protection from consumers and the factors that influence it. The approach used in this research is to use the type of empirical law research. The results of the research that have been done conclude that the legal protection for the parties in the sale and purchase agreement through the internet media includes legal protection in the agreement and legal protection outside the agreement. UUITE adds a form of electronic proof system, namely the existence of an electronic signature (digital signature) which is a security system that aims to ensure the authenticity of an electronic document. The implementation of buying and selling through internet media consists of four processes, namely offering, receiving, payment, and sending, however, there are still factors that influence the occurrence of obstacles in transactions on the internet, especially regarding product defects, dishonest information and webvertising or late delivery. goods, and generally regarding the mindset, interests, and culture or culture of the Indonesian people.]]>
