<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis bentuk perlindugan hukum terhadap proses penyidikan tindak pidana kekerasaan fisik yang dilakukan oleh anak di Kepolisian Resort Takalar serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian empiris. Hasil penelitian bahwa Perlindungan hukum terhadap proses penyidikan tindak pidana kekerasaan fisik yang dilakukan oleh anak di kepolisian resort takalar masih kurang maksimal. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perlindungan hukum terhadap proses penyidikan tindak pidana kekerasaan fisik yang dilakukan oleh anak di kepolisian resort takalar yaitu; keluarga, ketiadaan balai pemasyarakatan dan keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana. Perlu ditingkatkan Koordinasi dan Kerjasama antara Pihak Kepolisian, Balai Pemasyarakatan, Kejaksaan Negeri, Pengadilan Negeri dan Pemerintah dalam penanganan kasus/perkara yang berhubungan dengan Anak pada tahap penyidikan sesuai UU Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. The Research objective to analyze the form of legal protection against the process of investigating crimes of physical violence committed by children at the Takalar Police Resort and to find out the factors that influence it. This study uses the type of empirical research. The results of the study that legal protection against the process of investigating crimes of physical violence committed by children at the Takalar resort police is still not optimal. The factors that influence the legal protection of the process of investigating crimes of physical violence committed by children at the Takalar Resort Police are; family, the absence of a correctional center and limited facilities and infrastructure. It is necessary to improve coordination and cooperation between the Police, Correctional Centers, District Prosecutors, District Courts and the Government in handling cases/cases related to children at the investigation stage in accordance with the Juvenile Criminal Justice System Act.]]>
